  1. For the initial contact with a provider, I prefer rentmen messenger. Once on rentmen messenger, if I get a feeling of trust or that the guy is not a flake, I switch to text. People forget that there are a lot of bad providers advertising with fake photos and down right lies. Many threads in the "deli" section of this forum discuss bad providers (fakes, thieves and worse). If the initial contact is via rentmen messenger, safety is somewhat preserved. Once a response is received from the provider from rentmen messenger, I have no hesitation swithing to text and giving my text number. Remember, we are not dealing with a typical purchase or product. Hiring a provider is NOT like going to a store and buying a product. We are dealing with a sensitive situation. The rentmen chat preserves a little safety until the client feels comfortable in releasing a text number to someone they do not know. Again, do not forget how many times in this forum is an alert given to warn about a bad or fake provider. A little caution is not inappropriate. If a provider finds rentmen messenger not to their liking, it is time to skip that provider and go to the next provider that is appealing and will go along with the reasonable rentmen messenger function.
  2. Do not be too comfortable about a hotel "safe". I will not go into detail how to do it, but it takes less than thirty seconds to open the typical hotel safe. No tools are necessary to open the "safe" door, no marks or damages are left on the "safe" door. I always use "good" hotels like Hilton, Marriott, etc. These hotels all have similar safes. They all can be opened without force. It just takes a code that all typical hotels safes have. On one of my recent trips, a good friend cautioned me about leaving money and valuables in a hotel safe. I did not believe him. He asked my permission to show me what he meant. Like I said above, it took him less than thirty seconds to open the door on the supposed hotel "safe". Back to the crook who "borrowed" the car and drove to the Airbnb to steal two computers. Depending on the state (Texas) where the theft took place and how the relationship began, a look at the laws of prostitution of Texas should be a deciding influence whether to report the theft or just pass it off as an unfortunate event. If the provider was met through rentmen.eu, I would not report the theft to the police, or, if the thief has text messages back and forth (on his telephone) discussing sex for money etc. Finally, if the guy was met through rentmen, it would be a good deed to forum members if the crook's link is posted to this thread.
  3. If rentmen were paid in crypto currency instead of cash, only six hundred euros ANNUALLY are exempt from income tax in Germany where rentmen is co-based in Holland. What would be the purpose or logic for rentmen to switch to all crypto currency payments to save income tax on six hundred euros? Cash/currency and crypto currency will continue as they currently are (taxable) unless current tax laws change, which is highly unlikely. To make up for the lost tax revenue, Germany and Holland would have to make new laws to survive the loss of tax revenue that would be forgiven for using crypto currency. Everyone would switch to crypto currency; no one would pay tax. Nope, not going to happen. If it were as simple as shown in the post, no one would accept cash in stores or even a paycheck if crypto currency were exempt from income tax (except 600 euros each year).
  4. There is a provider advertising currently on rentmen in California stating that he has Trimex available. Could I be wrong in believing all that I have read about Trimex and that it must be injected directly into the penis for it to work and make the penis hard? I am thinking that any client that would engage a rentmen provider and allow such provider to inject Trimex into his penis is irresponsible or absolutely crazy. Here is a portion of the provider's ad where it offers Trimex: GOLD PORNSTAR SPONSOR RM OF THE DAY VERIFIED PHOTO About HunterJameson ⭐️PremiumPig⭐️🐷 HAVE TRIMEX AVAILABLE The full ad: HunterJameson - Pornstar Performer, Rentboy, Gay Massage in Walnut Creek, CA | RentMen RENTMEN.EU Pornstar Performer & Rentboy in Walnut Creek, CA - HunterJameson: ⭐️PremiumPig⭐️🐷
  5. Nothing to consider - he let his ad expire. He had his ad open one month then a duplicate negative review came in giving him a total of three reviews, overall). Three reviews in one month. Two negative reviews from the same person. Seems either a duplicate dual negative review. Too bad the guy either can't stay off his phone (as alleged in the duplicate reviews) or maybe he should contact rentmen and have the duplicate negative review removed.

They come off with little noticable marks using a laser. While they are young, they like the tattoos their friends have. They had best save money for the plastic surgeons lazer machine for their older ages.
  7. He left New York and is now advertising again in Los Angeles as of today. Dbraziliand - Pornstar Performer, Rentboy, Gay Massage in Los Angeles, CA | RentMen RENTMEN.EU Pornstar Performer & Rentboy in Los Angeles, CA - Dbraziliand: Bisexual Brazilian Guy When he was here in Los Angeles about six months ago, he had a Santa Monica phone number (area code 310). Now, his phone contact is a Washington, D C number, area code (202). He does get around in between paying for all his "studies" he claims to be doing.
  8. You do not work in law. Therefore, your statement is incorrect and borders on being hillarious. I always thought that your prior posts were controversial but well constructed and made sense. However, your lack of understanding of the simple phrase "unjust enrichment" tells me a lot about you.
  9. He has had various ads up on rentmen in California for the past several months. The ads get taken down often. Up a few days then down again then back again. He seems to have a lot of guilt attached to escorting. Maybe that is why he claims he escorts only to pay his school tuition. If he started his rentmen ad six months ago in California and is now in New York, where is he getting his "studies"? He has a friend in California who comes on the phone who speaks better English than he and that friend seems very protective of the provider. I never got together with the provider because of the odd way he behaved on the phone. In my opinion, some of his photos in his ad show a handsome guy while some of the photos show an odd vacant and angry expression. He is from Brazil. I will not be contacting him again.
  10. When you say, previous threads, do you mean he advertised under a different name? If you call the numbers listed on the ad you presented, the ad you presented is not inactive.
  11. Rentmen is the largest provider advertising site in the U.S. and Canada. Most of us already know that Rentmen recently put in new rules that require a fee from non advertisers (clients) in order to send in a review about an experience with a hired provider. The fee is $240 yearly to rentmen, not to a provider. This requirement of paying rentmen a fee to write a review does potential harm to clients and providers who use Rentmen because of the inability to warn other clients (via reviews) of good or bad experiences from a provider. Moreover, there are some providers with fake photos and other dishonest claims advertising their services on rentmen. Unless a client is willing to come up with $240 per year to give to rentmen, no review is allowed about the encounter between the client and the provider. For the $240, a client is allowed to write reviews and watch some sort of animated video that are free on many world-wide sites. Now we have a new strange requirement set up by rentmen. I was advised by someone I know who advertises on rentmen that all advertisement photos that show any genitalia in the advertisement photos must be removed. Such a requirement is bound to have a negative effect on providers who pay rentmen to advertise on their site. Rentmen is making many negative rules for both their advertising clients and the readers of rentmen who pay to hire the providers paying rentmen. I realize everyone wants to make money, however, the changes made by rentmen seem like a one-way street in favor of only rentmen. If this disclosure has already been made elsewhere on the site, please excuse the repeat. I cannot find any other mention of this travesty.
  12. If you spend time watching "tiktok" you might see his ad about exercise training. I do not know the name of his new company nor whether it is located in Los Angeles where he has lived for several years. If I find the information to reach him or his company for "exercise training" I will post the appropriate link. Those who recently saw him on "tiktok" saw him exercising and saw him motion the viewer to come to him. It is a cute advertisement. I hope he is successful with his new venture.

  14. His credibility is not too reliable.
  15. I just returned to Sao Paulo today. Ubering from GRU, I noticed less traffic because today is a holiday in Brazil. I agree, there is a lot of important new Brazil information in this thread. It would be a shame to have it removed because of a few posters that keeping interjecting politics and unrelated issues in this BRAZIL thread. The Uber driver was nice and said he did not have much business today because of the holiday. I asked him if he wanted to make additional money by driving past areas that were not included in my initial request from GRU to my hotel. The driver agreed. My Portuguese is good enough to know what the driver was saying and for understanding the contrast of how Sao Paulo has changed over the past couple of years since the pandemic.. The driver noted the deterioration of Centro greater than it was because of the coronavirus. He also commented on more homeless people on the streets and he drove me past areas that now have tents with homeless people that were not there prior to the pandemic. We eventually reached my area were I am staying. I will be less likely to be involved with a mugger, therefore, the extra cost I pay to stay where I stay is certainly worth it to me (these hotels are only about one hundred dollars higher than less safe hotels. There are some great hotels not far from Lagoa, including where I am staying. I am Talking about Rua Alameda Santos where you will find Intercontinental Hotel, Marriott and other good quality named hotels that are in a safe neighborhood where you are not likely to meet a mugger. This street is one block from Avenida Paulista which is the fanciest and safest street in Sao Paulo. Surprisingly, even though you will stay in a fancy neighborhood, you will avoid most danger and you will see the better parts of Sao Paulo. Try it, you might like it.
  16. I agree with you about the drugs and; all good things come to an end. I used to visit the Village a couple of times each month for several years. Then the drug trade came to the village, clubs and also to the streets. I believe the drugs started strong just across the street, in plain sight, from the park that could be seen from the former Gouverneur Hotel. From the Gouverneur Hotel, you could watch from your window or from the front entrance of the hotel and see drug sales take place. Over a short period of time, fun places in the Village began to change and/or close. I stopped visiting Montreal for other places. Like you said, all good things come to an end. Restaurant owner says she and her husband were attacked on their terrace in Montreal's Village MONTREAL.CTVNEWS.CA The owner of a dumpling restaurant in Montreal’s Village neighbourhood says she and her husband were attacked on their terrace earlier this week...
  17. One thing that has not been mentioned in this thread with regard to the reduction of safety in downtown Sao Paulo (Centro) is the influence the coronavirus had on the increase in crime and further deterioration of the area. The Praca da Republica was once a park that was fairly safe (a few years back). That park had been completely remodeled by the city about twelve years ago or so. I used to spend time in that park (Praca). Over the years, I met some fabulous garotos there. Near the park, within a block distance of the Praca, were two cines where usually there were numerous handsome garotos available (Cine Aurora and Cine Paris). Earlier this year, in a different thread, I reported on the many changes I observed to downtown Sao Paulo after Brazil was reopened to tourists after the virus restrictions were lifted. In that previous thread, I reported how countless stores and places had gone out of business (or were nearly empty) including the cines. The coronavirus closure caused many mainstream stores and restaurants to close due to the lack of customers going to the Centro area. As a result of the closures, the sidewalks in front of businesses became filled with homeless people living in tents on the sidewalks. For sentimental reasons, a few months ago I took a short visit to Centro. I went to the Cine Aurora and Cine Paris and the Praca. The cines were open to collect entrance money but, once inside the facility, there were no garotos inside. That was a clever way for the proprietor to at least make some entrance money by not warning paying customers of the cine, that it was empty of garotos. Those who remember those cines and Praca would recall how easy it was to meet garotos. Now, those cines and the park are no longer safe and are just a memory of a by-gone era. I think it is unlikely the area will be restored to what it was prior to the closing caused by the coronavirus. So, those visiting Sao Paulo, avoid Centro unless you are in a large group and only want to see the remnants of what used to be.
  18. Rocinha Until recently, Rocinha was one of Rio’s safest favela and was host to many favela tours. However, a recent power struggle between drug lords and police has caused a series of spontaneous shoot-outs and army intervention as the authorities attempt to regain control over Rio’s largest favela. The worst of this incident took place over the course of a weekend and the police were able to restore some calm to the area. However, the future remains unpredictable and the army remain within the favela. Until the peace has been totally restored, it is best to completely avoid Rocinha at the moment.
  19. Sorry, but for safety reasons of forum members who will visit Rio, I must make corrections to the above: The street leading to the favela is NOT PAST sauna 202, walking from the beach to the sauna. That uphill street leading to the favela is BEFORE you reach sauna 202 traveling from the beach area toward sauna 202. I make this correction because I do not want to read about a forum member(s) accidentally taking the wrong street that leads to an unfavorable event after entering a favela. Again, the described street that leads to a highly dangerous favela is before you reach sauna 202, not past that sauna (walking from Copacabana beach or area). Another correction I want to make is that the uphill street in question (that leads to the favela) is NOT near the downtown beach area of Copacabana. Sauna 202 and that uphill street (that leads to the favela) is about five or six blocks from the Copacabana beach but less than half a block from sauna 202. Safety is critical to having a great vacation in Brazil.
  20. I agree about the "maybe try the Metro" in the above post. However, do not use most Metro buses in Brazil. If you can read Portugese, check the internet news for reported robberies aboard buses. You will see several reports of incidents of robberies on buses daily. A metro speeds along fast and many metro cars have local police riding along for safety. However, the buses do not have that added protection of police on board. For most vacationers to Brazil, do not chance taking a bus while Ubers are so much faster and safer and cheap.
  21. Knowing Junior, (the owner of Sauna 202) do you really think the cameras work? Or, (most likely) the cameras are there just to hopefully scare off muggers and give a false sense of security to those using Uber and cars.
  22. This type of provider is as rare as a hen's tooth.
  23. I strongly recommend that you not visit that favela. Even though @José Soplanucas mentioned that he had inadvertently gone to the favela and found the people friendly, do not count on the same friendly experience if you go there.
  24. New Meio Mundo reviews, photos - Centro - Rio de Janeiro - GayCities Rio de Janeiro RIO.GAYCITIES.COM Standard sauna for the guys. Reviews, photos and a map of New Meio Mundo in Centro in Rio de Janeiro
  25. I confused you. The favela is up a street about one-half block before you reach Sauna 202. As you walk down Rua Siqueira Campus on the way towards sauna 202, you pass a street with a steep hill going up. It is that street that leads to the favela. I do not remember the name of the street but it is the only street you pass.
