Well, there is plenty of American porn that does the same thing (to my chagrin). All the big companies do it. They try to hide it but the straight guys just can't take a big cock. I wouldn't recommend a client do it for the aforementioned reason that applies to the escort not doing it. I don't want to think I am sloppy seconds for a client who just got topped by someone else. It also comes across as extreme clock-watching, making too much of an effort to expedite the session. Additionally, it can make rimming awkward. It's nice if you remove the decorative pillows from the bed in advance, but pre-lubing is too much IMHO.

In a studio, all precautions are made to make a fisting scene comfortable for the actor receiving. It's a place where there is a guaranteed focus on their particular health and comfort. With a client, that provider would be blindly trusting that the client will do the same. Porn also uses their tricks and cut aways where everything stopped for a bit. Low-quality production values will, at best, do nothing for you and will probably hurt your career in many ways.

This does seem like a better scenario for your first meeting. If things don't work out or there is no chemistry it's easier to walk away from it. And you'd have many available second choices to hire in LA.
