I was very surprised at the percentage of an estate some probate attorneys charge and I suspect if an attorney or accountant is chosen as trustee the cost would be similar. If the bulk of an estate is in a trust and not “on the table” then the amount of work and therefore fee should be proportionally reduced. Is this the way it works in practice?

That said, their terms seem too good to be true: 3.9% fixed, 2-years interest free (!), no late payment penalties (!), nearly open-ended term. Something doesn't smell right about this. I tried to find their Truth In Lending statement, or even general description of the terms, and was unable to find any details without going thru the load application process. Even with a loan origination fee, I don't know anywhere that a large unsecured loan is 3.9%. Sounds like a string of bad luck. I found a kid in Houston on A4A who wasn’t advertising as a Pro but made clear that he wanted to meet generous guys of my physical type. If I were an escort:cool: I would require a set of full body pics with facial closeups in various types of settings and lighting, the complete results of a Myers-Briggs personality inventory, an MEIS study of his emotional intelligence, a dual pair of full STI panels (including 4’th gen antigen/antibody HIV test) and a full background criminal, civil and financial investigative report.
