I will generally make an effort to temper my criticisms with some kindness, but your evaluation is spot on, it was indeed "awful." I'm willing to give it one or two more opportunities before I make my final judgement. The new Murphy Brown is also on my thin ice.

I can remember, as I'm sure others can, the door was locked only when it was thought it might be blown open by the wind. Long gone are those days. The deadbolt on my door is the most used "appliance" in my apartment.

I liked the first episode. The second episode's White House pressroom scene I thought was a bit too intense to claim humor. I have nothing but disdain for the shams that masquerade as White House press briefings, but the personal attack upon Sarah Sanders did not seem sitcom-compatible to me.
