No, I didn't intend to imply that at all. I'm just very down about the current plight of so many young people seeking higher education, being unable to afford living/housing expenses, and then facing the probability of never-ending student loan payments. It all seems so convoluted for the wealthiest nation on the planet to have this happening along with an exploding homeless population and struggling food pantries.

I'm seeing/hearing an increasing number of accounts of college students living in their cars because they can't afford campus housing expenses. I admire their grit for staying their courses, I'm not so sure I could have done it.
