    I am having the same problem. Ice seems to help more than heat, but it's not much. I don't think a chiropractor would be much help on a pulled muscle.

    Gosh, I didn't think anyone would notice! Yes, I went to Asia on 12/24/23 and stayed three weeks. On return, the jet lag has been pretty nasty. And to think I was in the same hotel with @SouthOfTheBorder! Wasn't it great? I call it the Gay Meridien as New Year's weekend the place seemed almost entirely gay.
