Maybe the cops would also have wanted a blow job! It's been known to happen. I knew a cop who patrolled Golden Gate Park on horseback. Girls loved to suck him off, so he says. They'd get their blow jobs then arrest gays for doing the same thing. He kept hinting that he would accept a blow job from me, but I was not at all interested.
