  1. Today is going to be a perfect day in the desert- sunny and a high around 80 degrees. Our spring season is at hand. You will find no better time to be in the desert!
  2. It's good news that someone has been appointed to represent Daddy, but bad news that he still needs it.
  3. A new book shows that men's sperm counts are declining. By 2045, there may be no sperm! Penises are shrinking too! (Had you noticed?) :... hormone-disrupting chemicals ...are decimating fertility at an alarming rate around the globe." Among the "staggering" findings, author Shanna Swan says: “The current state of reproductive affairs can’t continue much longer without threatening human survival,” ... adding: “It’s a global existential crisis.” That’s not hyperbole. That’s just science. (Guardian) As if this wasn’t terrifying enough, Swan’s research finds that these chemicals aren’t just dramatically reducing semen quality, they are also shrinking penis size and volume of the testes. This is nothing short of a full-scale emergency for humanity. (Guardian) The Guardian review is here: https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2021/mar/18/toxic-chemicals-health-humanity-erin-brokovich The book is Countdown.
  4. Yes, sad. A guy's mistakes and errors define him over his contributions in his field.
  5. This novel about a young, queer playwright who takes a big tumble in life was quite interesting. The theater aspect is top notch, but there are other themes involving a gay couple, a movie in the making, and the protagonist's relationship with a variety of people that kept me reading. Overall, one accomplishment of the novel was to understand better why the use of the word "queer" is an apt description of sexual otherness. Young people not wanting labels as gay or lesbian are more comfortable being described as queer. This appropriation of the word goes a long way to mitigate its use as an insult. I never thought I would come to accept that!
  6. A likable fact about George W. Bush:
  7. @Unicorn is a great contributor to this site in multiple ways. I apologize to him for making him feel criticized.
  8. The Guardian today features scenes from movies that they consider great gay moments: https://www.theguardian.com/film/2021/mar/17/greatest-gay-moments-cinema-gus-van-sant-terence-davies-pratibha-parmar-john-cameron-mitchell
  9. That is certainly something worth pursuing.
  10. Luscious! A real prize!
  11. I wish the guy on the right was looking at me!
  12. @Cooper is doing the best he can, but he lives in New York. I personally don't see it as his responsibility to take on Daddy's issues. He has already spent tons of time on this, both posting here and in contact with the hospital. Don't forget, he is the one who was able to get the police to do a welfare check on Daddy. He is also managing the site, at least as I understand it. So, my suggestion, is not to put any additional duties on Cooper that he does not voluntarily take on himself.
  13. No need to delete if you don't want to.
  14. Go for 4!
  15. @BeefyDude Why not just delete the thread? You may not regret posting it, but it does not contribute anything helpful.
  16. @builder boy gave @Lazarus an "insulting" reaction, yet Lazarus simply posted a link. What's insulting about that?
  17. 943 pages of butt crack. End to end, how long would that be?
  18. I had never heard of them!
  19. So it's an optical illusion?
  20. Take a look at photo 1/5 in this article. It shows a gay beach. There is a guy in a red bikini. There is a guy next to him. Where is that guy's hand? https://nypost.com/2021/03/15/150-spring-breakers-arrested-amid-party-chaos-in-miami-beach/
  21. @Oaktown You resurrected it. Did you lose a dear pet? I hope not.
  22. Montreal no longer calls it The Gay Village? http://www.back2stonewall.com/2021/03/montreals-gay-village-erases-the-gay.html
  23. Sad to say, but BVB has also passed on. He will not read your message.
  24. I remember those days in San Francisco where so many guys made sure that their genitals showed. If not that blatant, many scrubbed the Levis around the zipper so it would look like their bulge was wearing out the pants.
  25. Marriott Bonvoy provided me a return envelope for this purpose.
