In talking with Orin, (who had consulted with a lawyer and a finance person) there is no plan to pursue having an estate closed.  There were no assets of value to use to justify the task.  The domain itself, etc are potential items but since we're not trying to port those and have our own domain.  At the end of the registration period for those domains once they expire, it will get added back to the available addresses to buy.  Any creditors that might exist would basically close out their accounts.  Daddy did not have a house or other assets that might be worth trying to liquidate.
I'm going to monitor the original domain expirations and attempt to purchase them once they become "public" again.  The last part that was still outstanding was Daddy's original server (and the redirects to this site) which came down 7/1.  The server was rented month to month from a hosting company.  While we transitioned everything, we left his server online to redirect people here.  That ended at the start of this month, so we're officially on our own and flying solo.
In terms of legalities, it's my name that is on the domain registration and other paperwork...  if something happens and the government were to come after the site, they would be showing up at my house.  However as you can see by how I operate, I don't consider the site "mine".  I may be the leader of the community, but I don't see this as something I own.  Should the day come that I need to depart, all of the access and information required to operate the site will be passed along to someone else.
I have already taken steps to document all of the critical services and tools used by this site as well as the username/passwords for everything we use.  A copy of that data exists with Cooper and should I get hit by a bus tomorrow, he has more information than what I had available to me when we started this process.

Yes there is. If you use the donation link above, when you get to the payment screen just choose the “Check/Offline Payment”. It will give you the address to send via traditional mail.
By using the system above, it lets me know to watch the mail and also allows you to get a confirmation message automatically once it’s received.
Feel free to PM me if you have any specific questions as well.
Thank you for your support!  It’s greatly appreciated.

I rent a house in the Hollywood hills a couple times a year for this. It’s an Airbnb. The owner lives right next-door. I told her we are nudists that get together a couple times a year and she loves having us LOL she makes us take bags of lemons from her lemon tree. As you say, locale is super important. At my house, where I am hosting this weekend, I just had a row of trees planted to bolster the fence for privacy. If anyone sees us, it’s because they want to.

PS @keroscenefire also asked about cost and place…
Yes, I think $5000 should cover it if you’re having 4 guys join you. It depends on the action: is it for a few hours or overnight? Do you want to be the centre of the action? Or do you want each guy to be working non-stop with each other and you watching, directing and interacting?

I always preferred a big anonymous hotel (such as Hilton, Loew’s ie not 5* but decent) and I’d book a large suite. It’s good to have the space, and a large bathroom. I used to see if I really hit it off with one of the guys, and then I’d invite him to stay overnight (to give me a morning blowjob before breakfast)

You’ve been given good advice @keroscenefire.

FWIW in my more frisky past, I often organised small groups for fun. Here’s what I wrote 5 years ago in response to someone asking about how to setup a group. I feel my advice applies to groups of 4 or 5 but not to a huge orgy…but then I’m greedy and always wanted to play with each guy.
“I've had many, very successful threesomes. They fall into two groups: a good friend and I have played with 1 escort or a non-working guy; and I have played with 2 escorts.

I've always been very open and direct about what I expect to happen in each threesome (my friend is rather shy and enjoys me being dominant and taking the lead). I like to host and I set a relaxed tone by first opening a bottle of wine and having us all talk to get acquainted and discuss what we are going to do.

When the threesome has comprised 2 escorts, I discuss beforehand what I enjoy, what I expect to do and what I like to have done to me. On the evening, again I like to set a relaxed tone with wine and chat first. I do this for no more than 15 minutes before leaning in to kiss whichever escort seems more keen to start. I find that setting an example and being confident always help.

You are of course right to say that communication is key. I would add, however, that it is essential to have a very large bed with good sheets and pillows. And it helps to have on hand bottles of cold water in the bedroom along with plenty of condoms, lube and towels.”

I play this scene out monthly. Your welcome to join if you’re ever in New York. It’s a lot of fun. Next weekend I have 12 providers spending the night at my house. I enjoy the scene and recommend every single one of them. Also, I got consent from all 12 to film so I’ll share that with you as well.

it takes A LOT of work to find the right mix of guys comfortable with groups. Some of my favorite one on one guys are terrible in the group setting.

if you’re going to do it, take your time planning.

A few people have reached out to me asking how they can help support the site.  I've setup a new donation section of the site that can be found in the main navigation bar of the site while logged in as a member (it's not visible to guests).  You can also find it directly at: https://www.companyofmen.org/donate/
This area includes the ability to donate both via online credit card payment OR traditional offline payments (such as cash, check, or money orders).  I've explained more about this in the donation area, but in an effort to remain discreet, I hope you'll notice I'm not asking for any sort of personal information (such as your real name, address, city, state, zip code, or phone number).  This is configured to capture as little information as possible and any transaction that occurs will show on statements simply as "RadioRob Enterprises".   Part of my day job involves managing cyber security for a large number of banks on the east coast, so all of the time setting this up was applying the same practices used by large financial companies on this site.  This includes encryption, not storing unnecessary data, setting up secure and verified API validations to the merchant provider, etc.
If there are other payment methods that would be helpful to have such as Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo...  just let me know.  I did not initially setup those options because they exposed the real name of the person sending money as well as potentially shared other information such as a phone number.  My goal was to try and keep things as discrete and non-identifiable as possible however I'm happy to support whatever people want to utilize.

Over the past month, you've may have noticed randomly off and on times when the site would choke up and not work for a period of time...  typically anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour.
In the background when this was happening there would be a large number of connections to the server that were just "stuck".  They were not closed, but not doing anything either.  Eventually this would reach a point where there would be thousands of these stuck connections that would just cause the server to run out of resources and fail.
This was something that was challenging to get to the bottom of because there was no error logs that were generated and there was no indication of what was actually happening to make these connections would become "stuck".  It meant that I would literally have to just keep checking the site as often as possible to make sure it was actually online.  I would wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and check to see if everything was still running.  I would check the first thing as I woke up, or during lunch, or in between Zoom meetings to ensure the site responded.  If not, I would have to restart the web service which would reset everything and bring the site back online.  Restarting the server however was just a bandaid and did not address the root cause of the problem of why it was happening in the first place.  That's why we saw this happen over and over several times.
I spent a lot of time reconstructing each failure looking at was happening at the time leading up to each failure.  At first, nothing out of the ordinary stood out when looking at the single event.  However if I started comparing each incident to other failures, I noticed a couple of things:
Just before failure, there were a large number of accesses by search engines such as Google and Bing.  They're trying to crawl the site so that results show up in various search results.  While this can be good, the search engines tend to make a LOT of requests in a short period of time from a lot of different locations.  These requests when added with our normal traffic would cause a bottleneck. While the search engine was crawling the site, it would look for many things that were no longer there.  This could be old profile pictures, or content that was deleted, etc.  Each time one of these "not found" objects was triggered, instead of the web server serving a standard "404 NOT FOUND" response, it would instead route to the forum software itself since it had to figure out if there was a different address for the content that should be returned.  (THIS TAKES UP A LOT OF RESOURCES!) As a result, it looks like when search engines would start crawling our site, it would trigger much more usage than normal and things it was doing generated even MORE resources than activities done by a real person.
To fix this, I've made several changes:
For users that are not logged in (such as Google, Bing, etc), content is not updated in "real time" like it is when you're logged in.  Instead users not logged in will see a "cached" version of pages that are updated every 5-10 minutes.   If a file is not found by the server, instead of letting IPB also look to see if there is a different address available, the web server will just return a message that it was not found.   I've implemented more caching of system common files such as images and javascripts.  The good part of this is that there are fewer requests to the server.  The downside is that if an IPB file changes, your browser cache might the old one still saved instead of getting a new version for EVERY SINGLE page request.  (This is why you might have seen me tell people to clear their browser cache from time to time when a problem is reported.) I've split the search system from the main site database.  By having these functions separated, several people searching can't hang up the site waiting for search results while others are waiting to load topics/posts, etc.  They can be done concurrently as separate tasks.   Since making these changes and a few others, the sever load has dropped by more than 75% and reduced the memory usage by almost half. In addition, I have not seen any situations in which the server has locked up when being crawled by a search engine.  Finally it should be making the site faster and more responsive.  For each page you view, there are fewer things that have to be requested from our server since your browser will now reuse certain "static" pieces of content.   When I benchmark the site's performance compared to another test from a month ago, it's about 40% more responsive.  This is pretty impressive considering most of our users are in the US and our server itself is located on the other side of the world in Amsterdam due to political/legal issues.
At the end of the day, what I'm saying with all of this techno mumbo jumbo is I think I have gotten to the bottom of what was randomly choking up the site.  And I think the fix should hopefully be making the site be a little faster and more responsive than it was before.
