I'm of average height and my partner is 6'3" with broad shoulders and 37" arms - so we can't share clothing.

I guess I may to see a member services rep and have them go over things. I met with one before I applied for medicare. he looked at my list of scripts and said I would be money ahead finding a way to stay on regular coverage (at over 900.00/month) rather than going on medicare because of the donut hole.

Doesn't Truvada push you into the donut hole? I did the math and figured two or three months of Truvada would trigger the donut hole, so i have been buying a generic from India at around 75.00 month. The PrEP Clinic at Kaiser called me and asked why I wasn't refilling my Truvada script, and i told them why. They said, "We want to continue to follow you and do all of your testing." They also cautioned me that the product from India may not be manufactured to US standards. But it comes from one of India's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers. HIV service organizations recommend it for people who cant get PrEP covered and have to pay OOP.

Cannabis was really helpful managing the pain I experienced from an ongoing spine problem.

We do dress similarlyy. We like a lot of the same things. And often, when we go out to eat, we have the same thing.

Of course it's a contradiction. What good is the best healthcare in the world if it is unavailable to a large segment of the populace?
-
American healthcare may well be the best in the world. Our system of healthcare financing may well be the worst in the world.

I juts read that the manufacturer will help anyone denied coverage appeal the denial.

I had the idea that insurance carriers not covering truvada had become unusual. I know it was common when truvada was first approved for PrEP.
-
How does it do that? In my initial screen, I didn't have any test that would have revealed a sensitivity to the medication.

I always assumed it was in reference to Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz.

If he's the right kind of guy, and he knows in advance that you're expecting constructive feedback, he might share with you where he thinks there's room for improvement. Otherwise, it's hard to get an escort to say anything about you that isn't glowingly positive. I almost always come away from an afternoon with an escort walking on air, it's so good for my attitude. As a matter of fact, I've been contemplating a scene that would the total opposite of a BDSM scene where the top verbally abuses the bottom and demeans him. I would hire the guy to say wonderful things to me non-stop as we're having sex. Weird - I know. But I know just the man for it.

Another great guy who positively likes to teach is Ray Dalton. https://rentmen.eu/RayDaltonXXX

I'm sure that's true. And it's evidence of how far we've come that younger gays have never heard these words and expressions that are nothing less than a language of oppression. I know SF is singular, but here, sexual orientation doesn't even need to be talked about-it's just a minor detail of who a man is. The OP, though, is a man of a certain age, and it's surprising that he didn't know the expression
-
Please don't tell me you havent heard that expression. Now it's just quaint, but it used to be code for saying someone was gay in mixed company.

I knew you would enjoy it.

How much of a one-hour session is actual sex?

Same here-at least two hours. I'm considering one-hour appointments for new hires. Some may be limited to one-hour appointments by their budget. -

That's what I like. -
There is, I believe, a difference between a maze and a labyrinth.

Hopefully, it also feels good to people who get paid for sex, but that isn't the primary consideration. I was only speculating in my post above. I don't know any G4P men, although I would like to. The idea of men being paid for sex has always been very erotic to me. Gay men being paid for sex is already plenty sexy. But make it a straight guy whose being paid for sex, and its off-the-charts sexy. Gigolo, G4P - it doesn't matter. I love to think about it.

For them, its just a sex act for cash. They don't have all the baggage about it that we do - active, passive, top, bottom, top-shaming, bottom-shaming. For them, it doesn't mean that they're any more or less of a man. They just take it in the ass. They probably know how to relax so they can do it without undue discomfort. They do it and forget it.

Labyrinths were fashionable a few years ago. They took out a bunch of the seating at Grace Cathedral a few years ago and put in a labyrinth. They have one at a park in Sonoma. I think a labyrinth is supposed to be a metaphor for a quest or something like that. I think theyre tedious.
