London/Paris/Madrid/Barcelona In The Fall?....I canceled my trip this Spring and hope to be able to travel this Fall...Anyone else thinking about it? I will of course make my plans will due diligence. I usually spend 3 weeks plus 1 week in NYC...I may skip NYC unless I get some good rates... The flat I stay in London is wide open/same for Paris.. My Cousin Ronnie lives in Edmonton Alberta in a high rise downtown. He has Parkinson's and has trouble doing his shopping ….There is a lockdown in his apartment building. The complex is built for 65+ with 3 distinct levels...Some assisted living...some memory care..He is the in and out level..meaning he can come and go as he wants. Except now if he leaves he can't go back. The Canadian government picks up all his costs during the lockdown. Meals..meds...laundry and all shopping are at their cost.. He raves about the service excepting that his children and grand-children are barred....Hopefully next month the lockdown/out will be lifted...

I believe the stats are undercounted. When I go to Publix or Target barely 50% are using any sort of protection. Our mayor goes on CNN and congratulated our city for the "great" job done. A truck load of BS...Skewed down to make the whole deal look almost over and done.

We upped our donation to The ASPCA and adopted a rescue Goldendoodle....he was sadly neglected..never let in the house....matted and tangled...After 1 week with us...a bath..haircut..nail trim and some good homemade liver/chicken/vegetables with rice he is the best!...Our other Goldendoodle Jack kisses him..paws him...(he got that from me)....Great for all..
