With ACA there are no longer pre-existing conditions which can prevent you from obtaining health insurance. Also, prospective employers do not have access to your private health information. However, once one is applying for insurance whether it is with an employer or personal, do not lie on the application. They will find it all the time.

One time I went to see one of my favorite gentlemen and went commando. As I was gearing up to leave I realized that my next stop was the tailor to have some pants doctored a bit and the try on rooms were really not very private. Gentleman to the rescue - just had to return them on the next visit!

If my dentist was only like Tim Conway (or you)! Unfortunately, my earliest memories of my dentist were like Steve Martin, your Professor!

RAAV - Remember, you said I was only 16 y. o. (tho i corrected you to 18 y. o.) Dr. Black and his son, Darth, were long gone. My dentist was a relative of the Marquis de Sade and he spoiled me forever!

I'm 68, cut, and my glans is as sensitive as can be. Even more sensitive is the frenulum - that area on the underside of the penis just below the glans. Now, this is just anecdotal, it won't work for everybody but: have you tried coconut oil on a daily basis? Coconut oil is a fantastic moisturizer/emollient: it reduces the friction on the surface of the glans from underwear, etc., it enhances the skin's surface ability to retain and hold water, and it provides a layer of oil to the surface of skin to reduce water loss. All of that being said - you complain that: A) there has been a lifetime of "contact and abrasion against underwear . . ."); B) keratinization, also due to friction, which has thickened the skin of the glans; C) you are in need of moisturizing the glans to 'reproduce the condition of the uncut glans.' Coconut oil is one of the very best moisturizer/emollients available and costs a whole $8-9 for a big jar (even at Whole Foods). You can even get pure, organic! It comes as a solid and as soon as your finger touches it it melts to a useable consistency. I said above that this is anecdotal: I have used it on my penis (and, really, on my entire body) for years as part of my anti-aging regimen. Rub my glans or frenulum and I'll follow you ANYWHERE!! Even use it when you masturbate - it's a great lube - there are a few escorts who use this as their lube of choice (watch out regarding certain types of condoms, of course!) Glennnnnnnnnnnnnnn - I think you are chasing a ghost if you think that trying an artificial foreskin is the answer. Try the coconut oil for a few months, twice a day. Hope this helps. As always, Funguy

Testosterone cream 20% is made by a compounding pharmacy and nothing made at compounding pharmacies is covered by insurance (or Medicare). It is not very expensive and amounts to about what regular insurance co-pays are if purchased as a 3 month supply. A 10 ml vial of injectable Testosterone cypionate 200 mg/ml, using 1 ml per week gives you 10 weeks of therapy. Some men need 1.5 ml but that still gives you 6 weeks. Most insurance covers it. My suggestion is you go to goodrx.com, plug in your zip code and come up with the cheapest pharmacy (and the price is without insurance). Print out the coupon, have the pharmacy run it thru your insurance and use whichever is cheapest (in LA a 10 ml bottle will be about $44 without insurance (Walgreen's). As far as labs, once you are on the best dosage, 1-2x per year is all you need. If your insurance does not cover it (it will using the correct ICD-10 diagnosis code (E349 - hormone imbalance or E291 - testicular hypofunction will work) or you don't have insurance, always speak to the billing department BEFORE labs are done and tell them you are a cash customer. They almost always will discount the cost considerably. One caution with the injectable - since it makes a few passes through the liver to be metabolized, people with any kind of liver issues should be careful. That includes those with really high cholesterol and triglycerides which may result in fatty liver. If that's a possibility, just have your liver enzymes measured before deciding on treatment. Hope this helps. -

Regarding Testosterone.....as a physician who specializes in anti-aging, I frequently use testosterone replacement for my patients with the following caveat: it's great for the libido, muscle, bone, etc. BUT it is not for ED. That being said, if you rev up your libido you may find that the ED decreases or disappears but I would not represent that it is a cure for ED. With regard to levels, total testosterone is a useless measurement other than to indicate a decrease in total T. The better measurement is Free T which is really the end product that does all the work. If your Free T is low it is easy to supplement. Most MD's who do this for a living much prefer daily Testosterone cream(10% or 20%) compared to products such as Androgel (max 6.25%) or injectable 200 mg/ml once a week. I, myself, prefer daily cream. As RudyNate mentioned, urologists/internists etc. are often difficult when it comes to T replacement therapy and seem to be very cautious in their treatment. I've been "using" for a few years and at 68 I have a free T level comparable to a 25-30 year old and, as certain people may attest, the activity of the same. -

That could only happen on a Thursday. Remember, these are Thursday Threesomes. As far as the woods on a warm summer day (or night) with a warm summer shower - WOOF!!!

Bear in mind that it is possible for a previously hired guy with whom you had a great time already, to turn into a dud. This happened to me with a well-known guy: first visit was terrific, 2nd was terrible and i called it at an hour (for a 2 hour appt). We both decided this was an aberration and scheduled another. The same problem again. No more chances.
