It does both of us a disservice. It depends. Just because someone is handsome... I don’t always find him attractive. On occasion some guys who wouldn’t necessarily be considered handsome... I find hella sexy. The option to see a face may or may not sway me to hire depending on other factors, like if I think his body is sexy. With that said, I think in general I don’t hire a guy with faceless pics, unless I can verify the body pics he is using are his and with enough positive feedback to hire.
