I have never done a live show on f4f (too expensive). I just bought previously recorded shows. I think they have reps randomly monitoring shows as to not have an exchange of personal info between the model and viewer. If either is discovered to have done so they can be band from the site. I once tried to email a model through the f4f system. I did not ask anything personal, but my email was flagged and I got banded.
