    You're right, it's not about escorting. To me, it's about Ryan Murphy always taking the most cliched, sensationalized story arch possible without the prior character development to support it. What he does isn't that shocking anymore because clearly he can't help but throw the entire box of shit against the wall all at once. A good director/writer meters these things. It's like writing a Broadway musical with all 11 o'clock numbers. Doesn't work. I hope the show continues to deepen relationships and the understanding of the cartoon characters he's put before us.
