Younger clients almost universally need to be re-taught how to have good sex. Grindr (and other apps) have ruined a generation into thinking that a quick, monosyllabic fuck is the only way to get laid. Sadly, Montrose is nearly over. Like Boystown in Chicago, the Houston gayborhood broke up and dispersed. The most cohesive gay area in Texas is now in Dallas. Cedar Springs remains the only solid several blocks of all-gay/gay-owned establishments. Good places to stay in Houston: Hotel Alessandra (Downtown), The Four Seasons (Downtown) and the JW Marriott (Downtown).

While I haven't personally used it, I know a few guys who have (with mixed results). HIFU has been around since mid-2012. It's known by a lot of 'commercial' names like Ulthera and Ultraformer. It's not a treatment for those needing/wanting immediate results. 2-3 months over the course of a multi-treatment cycle will show improvement. This is a treatment for periodic upkeep, not for serious sagging skin.

Topicals don't need to be pricey. Laszlo is marked up because of the name, not because it's cutting edge skincare. Look into Korean skincare regimens. The only quality gay hotel in town is Casa Cupula.
