  1. Geneva isn't great for visiting guys, but if you're being flown-in or vacationing there, it's awesome. Zurich is definitely the city for independent working guys. Brussels I don't know a lot about. Have only been once, but it was enjoyable.
  2. Seriously, this. It's an echo chamber at times on this board, so don't forget to think realistically with a liberal dash of brutal honesty.
  3. Honestly, I've always wanted Sigourney Weaver to play more head-bitch roles after seeing this movie. She was superb. And Harrison Ford was in his sexual prime. And then there's Joan Cusack. Fucking hilarious. ... And I'm told Melanie Griffith is in it too.
  4. Can you please post those pictures? I mean... Just for EDUCATIONAL sake, really.
  5. Every lesson in life, I've learned from Miss Cleo and The Psychic Friends Network.
  6. Or worse... A burrito ban from Chipotle nationwide.
  7. I wasn't quoting his profile. Actually, haven't even looked at it.
  8. Anyone who asks for an NDA from their client is someone to be avoided I'm told he's threatening. I trust the person who told me as a solid judge of character.
  9. I'd say consider it a dodged bullet not meeting with him. He's got a sketchy reputation from some people that I consider honest/upright
  10. A little birdie tells me that this particular escort is batshit crazy. Proceed with caution.
  11. I think a well-worded telegram might do nicely. ... Or, carrier pigeon.
  12. IPL is good, but it's definitely now been trumped by BBL (broadband) lasers. Look into things like Forever Young and Halo... These lasers can make huge changes in someone's skin with very little downtime. Now, if you've let it all go and need some serious help, that's when you look into CO2 lasers. Expect a week or more of downtime and some swelling, but it's a surefire way to even out skintone, blemishes and lip/eye wrinkling.
  13. This. Switzerland is beautiful, great money with fantastic people.
  14. My main advice is to book European cities that will serve your 'look' well and not just places you want to be a tourist. The goal is to always come back with more money than you left with- The euro and pound are still quite strong against the dollar. You also have to think about the upcoming European holiday season and how that affects people's hiring habits. Also, take into account that many places in Europe will be bitterly cold/wet/dreary between Dec-April. Not sure how much of that you want to deal with. Please don't ignore Asia if you're able: Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong and Tokyo all are hotbeds for an enterprising American male escort. Feel free to reach out by pvt if you need anything
  15. Woah, woah, woah. You initially took the upgrade and left him in coach? Hell, that's grounds for a divorce right there
  16. I totally understand where you're coming from, but your response sorta just proves what I posted before: Don't bank miles, as they'll never be worth more over time. Use them quickly or watch them lose value. I'm not sure what UA is doing these days as I've fallen back on my lifetime status (thanks to my high-mileage days with CO), but AA, with nearly every fare class- excluding basic economy- earn at least 1-1 EQM and EQS. Fare buckets are a little confusing at first, but if you want to fully work the system, you've got to first know your enemy https://www.aa.com/i18n/aadvantage-program/miles/earn/special-fares.jsp
  17. It's antiseptic, but it's a clean, new space with potential. The Tin Room is a shithole: It's not even a sexy kind of dirty. It's just real estate waiting for redevelopment.
  18. I think we should have an entire food discussion dedicated to simple, solid French eateries in NYC When you mentioned Tout, a fantastic place and great selection, it reminded me also of La Veau D'or, a place I loved eating at as a kid and continued to love when I visited the city as an adult. Glad to see they kept it open with a change in the guard.
  19. I understand (and commiserate with) the comment, but being an AA elite, we've dealt with EQD and rolling spend priority for awhile now. It's the new normal across the industry. That said, I'm fine with it. Airlines realize that their programs have gotten too bloated with people who have earned their statues through credit card spend and other non-BIS (butt in seat) avenues. With this being the case, it tries to spread elite benefits too thin to too many flyers. Thinning the ranks is good, for all programs, at this point. As for mileage devaluation, that's always been the case. Always. Since day one of any program. I think of airline miles like I think of mileage on a vehicle... The sooner you trade it in, the better. Cars rarely appreciate. Same with FF mileage. Use those miles as soon as you can. The days of banking them for years is over.
  20. Nothing except for surgery will tighten-up loose skin. What lasers do well is keep sun damage, skin texture and skin tone/pigmentation in-check. Mildly sagging skin can be fixed or minimized by a skilled injector with various versions of HA filler. When skin gets to a point where it begins to look extremely loose or 'jowely,' it's time to consider a mini-lift, brow lift or the whole enchilada facelift. A less-invasive stop gap that can produce good results on a soft jawline is the threadlift.
  21. I gotcha covered... Gallagher's on 52nd. Classic, delicious. I love Frankie & Johnnie's because it's got good memories for me and is easy to do pre or post-show. Palm Too on 2nd. Less crowded than theatreland and all the charm of the now-closed original across the street. Delmonicos on Beaver Some of my favorite places I've had steak aren't really steakhouses. La Boite en Bois serves a mean steak au poivre and Raos in Harlem does an italian-style steak at least once a week on special.
  22. Was this an Applebees-type of place or a higher-end spot? With mass chains, they're now being trained to turn-and-burn. Get em' in, get em' out.
  23. PL used to be great... A long, long time ago. Too many great steakhouses in Manhattan to even consider Luger.
  24. One more thing... Dermal lasers are changing the game: If you can do quarterly treatments, it's a great investment in your skin and how it ages.
