  1. I believe that H. Pylori was the predecessor to I.M. Pei
  2. I'd say KW, only because the island attracts a wide variety of people, the local eats are great, the bars are inexpensive and the main gay B&B is routinely named one of the best in the world. https://islandhousekeywest.com/ Plus, KW is easier to get around. No car needed. Walk or bike almost anywhere.
  3. 1 to 3 months is definitely possible, but this late in the game the lowest prices might be gone. Season starts in less than a month. Get a feel for what you want on Airbnb or HomeAway and then contact the owner directly to make a deal. Nearly all of them are wanting to find that stable, longer term tenant. Renting for season (Nov-March) is a very normal thing in PV. Spitballing here, I'd say for a comfortable studio you'd look at $350-500/mo. Electricity might be additional as it can be very expensive (by MX standards).
  4. Unless BO is requested, there's no excuse for it. We're all adults. We know when we stink.
  5. Colony Palms Avalon Bungalows Parker PS Also, there's an amazing amount of great spaces on Airbnb. Truly beautiful, perfectly kept (and private) mid-century moderns.

  7. Would it help if I dressed up in a tight-fitting TSA uniform and told you I needed to do a full pat-down?
  8. Not Mandalay... Private hammam is at Waldorf (and Cosmo, but it's a shared space version).
  9. This is the equivalent of asking a group of frequent fliers about their yearly mileage
  10. Technically, he was the second Dumbledore (although, likely the most memorable of the two) Richard St John Harris was the OG
  11. Bellagio needs a remodel. I'd say avoid it for now. Encore's spa is beautiful, very gay friendly and has great therapists if you schedule services. Waldorf Astoria (formerly Mandarin Oriental) has a GREAT spa. Small, but they limit guests so it's never crowded. One of the few spas on the strip that offers traditional hammam services.
  12. Escorts, be smart. Don't slap on surcharges. Either eat the cost as a part of what could likely be repeat business or build it into the quoted rate. People hate resort fees at hotels for good reason.
  13. If you're there to fuck and you have an inkling of not being able to perform, take a pill beforehand. We're hired for many reasons, but a soft dick is rarely one of them.
  14. Haven't been in a long time, but yes, it's safe. Easy parking. Totally remodeled from what I hear. All new public and wet areas.
  15. I had no choice: I was raised with a mom and dad who loved her music and played it regularly in the house While I was a child of the '90s, I mostly loved 80s music and Ratpack-era stuff.
  16. Exactly. It's kinda funny and basically absurd. But then again, some guys invite the abuse when they go down certain roads. One group of guys is chastised when they ask for a deposit. Another is celebrated. Go figure.
  17. Yep, Lorna wrote My Life in the Shadows which was was turned into a tv ministry series starring Judy Davis. For what it's worth, Davis was head and shoulders a better 'Judy' than Zellweger.
  18. It was based off of a play (with music) called End of the Rainbow. They simply fleshed out the rest. They didn't need permission or rights from any of her existing family. In fact, Liza went as far as to say she wanted nothing to do with it. https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2018/06/liza-minnelli-renee-zellweger-judy-garland-biopic
  19. Well, YOU are special. We all know that as fact
  20. End of October is Fantasy Fest, which has likely sold out Island House for nearly the last year. Wait until it's over. First or second week of November. https://www.fantasyfest.com/
  21. I have a hard enough time dealing with attention whores who cosplay when going to a Broadway show. Everyone wants to be noticed and special. Good luck with that.
  22. Hell, no... I wouldn't want to get lube and sweat all over Chanel jewelry. I bought this particular one from Fort Troff, but they stopped making them. However, they're still readily around: http://www.665leather.com/slave-chain-necklace-with-lock.html https://bullsballs.com/product/chain-and-brass-lock/
  23. I still would have preferred to see Eddie Izzard as George. And don't forget that one of the great actors of today's stage is taking on Martha: Laurie Metcalf.
  24. Saw a preview screening of this last week. It was good, but it wasn't great. When she's acting the script, Zellwegger is spot on. The look, the mannerisms, the cadence of her voice, it's all there. When she's singing, it's a mixed bag. She does better on the quieter songs, as she has nowhere near the power or shape of sound that Garland could produce. It was pronounced enough to take me out of those big moments in the film. Her movements felt unsure and I don't think it was a character choice. Zellwegger was never a dancer, you can see that. From an acting point of view, she was great. It was an enjoyable 2 hours and the film never veered into camp the way that the stage play, End of the Rainbow, did.
