Freshly and Factor75 are fresh. They are packaged so they can stay in the fridge for about 2 weeks max.

I like Factor better. I was on Freshly for years before the switch. Factor has a more appealing menu for a wider variety of diets as well. My only issue with Factor is their lack of app for menu changes. Freshly is the industry leader for an easy-to-use, convenient app.

Like other posters on this thread, I use a combo of Freshly and Factor75. Both have a wide variety of options for different ways of eating. I've been on them for 3+ years.

Having worked with certified sports-medicine trainers for the last few years, I will say that due to the industry being highly unregulated, just about anyone can call themselves a 'trainer.' Ask for credentials- Don't just go by what they look like. Many, MANY guys juice their way into that body, which is complete and total bullshit for a healthy, sensible, long-term maintainable musculature. Training just to 'get big' is the wrong way to go as you get older. You want to be core strong, flexible, heart healthy and to keep your body moving in the most efficient way possible. That does not come from powerlifting.

This is what's going to happen to a lot of companies. Friends of mine with Google and Apple now have the same restrictions. It's gonna trickle down.

I completely realize that, but as I mentioned recently, the sex been getting me further away from actual solid writing. I plan on a better balance in future posts: Travelogue, commentary, sex, pics. It's tough to do all of that in a concise way that doesn't drag. People aren't used to reading long-form writing anymore.
