  1. Realize that unless there are severe pre-existing conditions, this is not an issue for most people. https://www.thebodypro.com/article/truvada-as-prep-does-not-cause-kidney-damage-study If you're really worried, you can now do Descovy for PrEP. The formula has no known issues with kidneys or bone loss. https://www.positivelyaware.com/drug-guides/descovy
  2. A lot of it isn't real money, it's just credit. The real money part comes when it's time to pay that bill.... And then the fun begins.
  3. While Seoul- for the time being- is pretty safe, I wouldn't risk going at this point and not being able to get back to the States.
  4. Gracias. ... But did you like the blog?
  5. I literally just laughed out loud in the gym. People are now staring.
  6. With Broadway prices what they are ($250+), it's not the 22 year olds they're really aiming at. Then again, maybe. I hope you're right. I hate seeing anything close.
  7. Cranston's full breakdown near the end of the show was riveting. I saw him do it three times and every time it was equally as real, raw and startling.
  8. The locals call it the world's largest piece of kindling. To me, it's like an asbestos museum. I'm kinda shocked it didn't burn down years ago. It says everything about this bar that their website can't even spell out the word 'ASS'
  9. Not only is The Valley a nearly non-existent market for guys, the gay scene there is DOA. The one gay bar, PBDs, is a shithole with really, really bad drag and slow bartenders.
  10. How about something that looks like a bowling trophy but instead of a figure holding a ball on top, it's just a guy giving you the finger.
  11. Not to hijack the thread, but yes, I agree. Rosewood is quickly going from a well-kept secret to having a rather nice portfolio of hotels. They're building like crazy over the next five years. London, DC, San Miguel and Abu Dhabi are my favorites.
  12. A mini-post that's mighty sexy... 15MM
  13. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but The Mansion hasn't been The Mansion since Rosewood was sold to the Chinese in 2011. And now we're seeing things like this: https://www.travelzoo.com/local-deals/Dallas/Restaurant/331823/The-Mansion-Restaurant-Rosewood-Turtle-Creek/?searchGuid=74678981-fac9-41de-9c97-41b30e4d3208&dlocId=32282 No bueno.
  14. You be you. If someone makes you feel like that's not enough, they can ceremoniously go fuck themselves The one thing you never want to get wrapped up in is becoming the '$30k millionaire.' That's the quickest way to debt and getting yourself into a whole heap of financial trouble. I see it on a regular basis in Dallas, where people try very, very hard to seem important. Eventually, their rented Range Rovers are repossessed, their leased apartments evicted and their short run in the social circles of Dallas over. Rule of thumb: Don't be Dallas
  15. I love when your prose inspires other posters to be bitter
  16. He cut 'I Feel Pretty.' He clearly toned down all female presence in this production. He turned this show into 1990s CK men's underwear commercial... Just with more rain. There's not one true triple-threat in this show. The dancing is good. The singing is meh. The acting is terrible. Vast, bare stage. Lots of video. Much like watching a game at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, the crowd spends more time watching the screen than the live action in front of them. It's the antithesis of why people see theatre in the first place. The whole revival bums me out a little because I enjoyed his Network so much.
  17. Does being really impressive on a NordicTrack count?
  18. HAHAHA. There's nothing elegant about a 6'3" guy on a pole. I'd look like a bag of meat on a brass bannister.
  19. The $15 cocktails and bridal party vibe killed it
  20. A bank employee can generate a CTR for much less than $10k. It's done at their discretion. Multiple deposits attempting to skirt what people still think is the 'magic number' will only look suspicious and get a form 8300 sent to the IRS that much more quickly. These are 'structured transactions.'
  21. A wise Hoo once told me that you can't be loved by everyone and to try is damned foolish.
  22. Not sure if I'm too late, but let me add Meauxbar to the mix. https://www.meauxbar.com/ It's neither new, nor huge, but it's always filled with locals and the food is fantastic. Consistency is their strong suit... Along with a very good bar program. You should be able to reserve on OpenTable.
