There's always been a wide variety in 'levels' of escort, all offering very different experiences based on their personal capabilities. For those practicing the true art of escorting, the experience will never change. It will remain well-rounded. It's why there's demand.

Confirming vax status is as easy as showing a card or a digital status with the various vax-passport services. While it's to everyone's personal preference, why would a client spend time with a sex worker who doesn't care about their well-being? Whether it's a hep vax, PrEP or just a yearly flu shot, when you're in the business of using your body in close proximity, it's paramount to do things to protect yourself, which in turn protects those you spend time with. *steps off soapbox*

It’s just How I do things
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to Alexphilly's topic in Questions About Hiring
So... You'll have sex with a perfect stranger, but a face pic is too personal? Quite literally, you are selling yourself as the product. Your face is a huge contingent of that sale. While I understand not putting your face pic in your general listing, it's definitely unique to say you 'never' send a face pic before meeting a client. My view is that you will not have as well-rounded a business as you might have without that face pic. If you're willing to give up a decent chunk of what could be incredibly profitable repeat clients, then so be it. That is your call. In your initial post, you say it's very personal to give someone a face pic. This is a personal business. Get comfortable. -
Please do this Chicagoan a solid and drink the Irish piss better known as OLD STYLE BEER. It's a staple at Wrigley. Some say it's magical... Others who aren't drunk enough yet disagree with those people.

What is the definition of “boyfriend experience”?

It means that I don't restrain you by keeping my bare foot on your neck while fucking you. It could also mean that I end up baking you a dozen chocolate chip cookies at some point. -
Will 'Scort Be Replaced by "Rovider?
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to + Lucky's topic in Questions About Hiring
Cities (big and small) will always go after the 'unsavory' during election cycles. It's how they whip up their base into a frothy lather. Just as the IRS has been defunded by the last several administrations (to a point of near-absurdity), the same can be said for SESTA/FOSTA. The Biden admin isn't making it a priority: I think it's time for adults to speak in complete sentences. -

He had a GREAT Twitter feed. Funny, self-effacing, bluntly honest. He just couldn't shake off his trolls or a lot of his own self-image issues. Hope his step back helped him out.

I thought we were talking about seismic design changes for the better?

It's ironic that a board dedicated to sex workers can't openly discuss sexuality without it becoming judgemental. It might not be your thing, but that doesn't make wrong or bad.

I'll use my best Barry White voice. ... Or Betty White, depending on what cranks your yank.

That you don't/can't understand that means you're not a ideal candidate for tinkering in findom. This. Trust in the other party is the bedrock of any activity involving giving up your power. Like I've always said, it's mighty difficult to expect ethical behavior in a mostly unregulated industry. Daddy's Reviews was/is one of the few things left on the web that held escorts accountable for their actions.

If you're an avid reader, there's always those group of authors and stories that you keep coming back to. For me, it's Truman Capote's In Cold Blood. Even though he eventually became mostly a television talk show couch-fixture, I credit Capote for starting an entirely new genre of writing that has remained successful to this day. It's also just a brilliantly written book. Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. The film adap was just okay, but the book was riveting. David Merrick: The Abominable Showman by Howard Kissel. Great stories in the days when theatre producers could get away with anything. If you have come from a PR background, watching Merrick's cat & mouse game of keeping his shows on top is fascinating. Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson is as long (and bitter) as the old testament, but it's worth a read. It's refreshing to see a bio that's straight-forward, pulls no punches and has the blessing of the subject all the way onto his deathbed. It's an opus, but it's an easy read.

You're new here, so we'll cut you a tiny bit of slack. Don't get too used to it These forums have always been diverse. The Lounge is for anything and everything.

Sadly, nothing protects the foolish and easily addicted. More to the point, very few guys make the kind of money that Gold does through the platform. That's the top of the pops right there, while most struggle, offering discounts to keep subscriptions up. OF is currently suffering from way too many 'performers' thinking they can earn their fortune with crappy mobile phone videos, bad lighting, one angle and zero editing.

West End Theaters Gear Up To Reopen

Just bought tix for the July-Oct run of Anything Goes at The Barbican. Last-minute replacement for Megan Mullally: Sutton Foster is doing a 12-week run, reprising her role as Reno. https://www.playbill.com/article/sutton-foster-replaces-megan-mullally-in-london-revival-of-anything-goes -
I'm excited for this, as long as they don't muck up the orchestrations

Same story, same industry, different character. It's incredibly sad, but it's not unexpected. It's a shady as fuck business that attracts good looking, immature guys who are given a chunk of money and usually develop a lot of bad habits. The few who have done well I commend. They're definitely in the minority. Porn will continue on the same track as always because no one expects better from that business aside from studios putting out hot content. I've always felt that people who get into porn should first be given personality/mental health tests to see if they can handle the rigors.

I'd have much prefered this case on Judge Judy. She'd have had a field day with this. -
Even vaccinated (or on meds), there's inherent risk at play. Always. However, what that vax is positively doing for you SEVERELY OUTWEIGHS not getting it to begin with. If you have a choice between having ugly, life-threatening COVID and simple, barely-there COVID, which would you choose? I never thought the COVID vax would totally prevent me from getting it, just as a flu shot isn't going to give me 100% protection either. It simply acclimates your body to the virus, gives you some defense and plays down the symptoms.
