Damn he’s hot!

I had starting Mounjaro back in AUG 2022 when you just needed a telehealth doctor to prescribe it and it was $25/month with a coupon. That lasted for a good 2 or so years and then it started to get difficult in 2024 when it exploded and everyone was on it...get prescriptions filled was nearly impossible. I started at 2.5 and went to 15. I have lost 37 pounds in total. When it started to get hard to get, I tried Ozempic...that last 3 months...my weight went back up and I was craving food so I gave up and went back to Zepbound as that was easier that Mounjaro at the time to get. Earlier this year, that too started getting impossible to find locally and I was missing doses so I switched to a compound version from a local doctors med spa/health clinic. I am back to 15 MG and while I am no longer losing weight, I am back down to my lowest weight and maintaining. I have not had the side effects others have professed.

I've tended to find there's even a difference from one to the other on the stretchiness/give that the silicone has so I would always leans towards trying it on first....

I've been taking Semenex from Amazon. It says take 2 a day, I take 3. It also takes several weeks to get going as @Simon Suracimentioned. It's relatively inexpensive, and yes, increased water is another key factor

A buddy of mine tried it, he had to wear this contraption that stretched it out and I forget if it was daily or some other interval that he had to tighten and stretch it. It was awkward and a nuisance in his pants and eventually he gave up. He got something out of it...but it didn't like a regular uncut C. It looked swollen like those guys who pump

Have to say....I've only had great experiences with Shane. Yes, sometimes he does say some things....but I think it's when he feels comfortable with you that he opens up. He lives in Irvine now and perhaps I have the benefit of being in his phone having worked with him before that I don't get the flaky personality. Each time with him has been great. Plenty of MT and HE (for me) and he's very hot in person!

I don't believe he's a local unless he's brand new to the area as I've been in and around PS for a while and never seen his ad before. His phone (305 - Miami) leads me to think he's on vacation so enjoy while you can I guess. Then let us know how it went.

Yes, I saw Stephen though it's been a few years. He's an older gentlemen but that was not distracting. His place was clean and easy to find. I was at his house several times and enjoyed myself each time. He's started out dressed then the clothes came off. Quite Impressive! HE's were great. I would recommend

Was just going to suggest the same. CC is about the next city south of PS so if you're staying in PS...it's a short drive down Palm Canyon. It's the most male-centric spa led by gay guys that is public and men only but the HE's are random.
