I don’t do it regularly but I definitely enjoy the feeling of a ball stretcher - OxBalls makes several good ones.

I just came back from a week trip to NYC, where I had multiple people visit me in my room each day (either hookups or I hired).  Most of them I met outside the hotel and we walked in together.  Some were waiting for me in the lobby.  I never had an issue with the hotel.  I was given 3 sets of towels a day which was satisfactory.  Last year I spent 2 weeks at the same hotel and hired more aggressively, so I occasionally asked for extra towels and the request was honored.
Only twice have I had an issue bringing an escort to my room,  one in Barcelona and one in Zurich.  Both cases were after 11pm when the lobby doors were locked.  In Barcelona, they merely wanted to see the ID of my escort friend who was accompanying me to the room.  In Zurich, they would not admit my escort friend because I had only paid city taxes for 1 person in the room instead of for 2. That is why now I always make the reservation for 2 people.  I had no problem bringing a guest to that same hotel the next day before they closed the lobby doors at 11pm.

Send him to me. I’ll teach him. 😉
But seriously though, bottoming is crucial to learn what feels good so that a top can become excellent. Just like giving head, it takes practice.
Also, there’s the subtle art of reading your bottom’s cues, reactions, expressions, and being sensitive to his particular needs. The bottom can tell his top to do these things, but it takes a true pleaser top and an empath to develop excellent topping skills.

I remember discussing at intermission, “Do some of Jesse’s other contracts prevent him going full frontal in this production, since nearly everyone else has (other than the other Jesse, of course, who I thought fully earned his Tony win in the show)?” And then shortly after intermission we realized, “Oh, no, they simply saved the best for last!”
A couple hours later, while waiting for the restroom at a nearby bar, I was checking out a very hot guy at a nearby table - and then realized it was the same stud I’d just seen naked on stage!

I recently saw (and enjoyed) A Very Natural Thing, supposedly the first gay film intended for mainstream audiences.
It reminded me of a remarkable gift given to me and a friend by an established gay man who thought we needed an “education” so he logged on to Amazon and ordered twenty or so DVDs sent to our homes to watch, trade, and discuss. Comedic classics like “Priscilla Queen of the Desert”, “The Birdcage”, and “To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything”, inspiring stories like “Love! Valor! Compassion”, “Milk”, and “Pride”, and mainstream heavy-hitters like “Philadelphia”, “The Normal Heart”, and “And the Band Played On”.
A couple of more recent gay films I’ve enjoyed: “Good Grief”, “Rustin”, and the remake of “The Boys in the Band” (although I thought it was better on Broadway).

Alex Hawk reacted to + FrankR in Providers contacting clients. Is it welcome?
In my mind it really depends on how well you know the person and your approach.  I don’t like ‘cold’ marketing where someone sends me vanilla marketing messages “10% off on Wednesday before noon” type stuff. I am good with ‘hot’ marketing after a session - “Thanks for hanging out with me tonight, I enjoyed meeting you and hope I see you again soon”. Also okay is “warm” marketing like the day after “Hey! Checking to see if you had a good night - did the work on you lower back relieve some of your discomfort? Sleep better?”
Responsive marketing is also okay “Hey! I know we couldnt get our calendars aligned last week, but…want to try to meet up again this week?”
Keep it discreet, with limited attempts and you should be fine. Don’t chase. It gets easier as you get to know the client. 😉

I’m still relatively new to serious theater but have been making up for lost time since @sf westcoasterfirst introduced me to the magic of Broadway in 2018. If I had to narrow it down I’d choose Doll’s House, Enemy of the People, and Streetcar. All fairly stripped down productions, which is controversial but usually works well for me. I think it lets the playwright’s words really resonate. These productions effectively demonstrated the contemporary relevance of their older source material.

To me, Best and Favorite are such personal and situational descriptors, I’d need way more limitations than just “a play” Because I worked in theatre, I saw a LOT of plays, including many that I heard 8x/wk while working, it’s hard to narrow it down.

    Pee-in-the-pants-funny:
    Noises Off,
    Broadway, 2001

I have seen it many times, both on Broadway and in regional productions. I pick it as one of my favorites not because of any particular actors, but because it is a magnificent drama,  no matter who the leads are.

Recently saw the musical “& Juliet” on Broadway and must confess I really enjoyed it! It’s a jukebox musical. I didn’t know many of the songs, which were evidently written by Max Martin, a prolific songwriter known for writing songs for popular boy bands. They were performed by a cast with so much heart and energy. A fun, clever, and surprisingly sweet twist on Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet that left me smiling way more than I expected. Worth seeing if you want something fun and light.

It's been a couple of years since 'Grey's Anatomy' actor Jesse Williams graced the Broadway stage in all his naked glory, with his penis standing at attention for the audience. It's time we revisited Mr. Williams and some of those delicious 'shower scenes'.  Enjoy !

Quite enjoyed Black Doves. New mini series with Kiera Knightley. Not a big fan of hers normally but she has a great cast by her side, Ben Whishaw and Sarah Lancashire and even Tracey Ullman near the end. This is fun, fast paced and very entertaining.
