Garland made far more films and had a hour weekly TV show on CBS, Sunday at 9 pm, but only for one season. Liza has performed in Broadway musicals and won a best Actress Academy Award. And Minnelli has lived lived much longer than her mom, who died in her late 40s. The difference could have been Liza's dad, Vincente Minnelli. -
Since you do not care much about him as a person, why is there a problems. I had sex several times in Army with a good friend who had two kids and was not married.

We have only heard Avalon's side, not the doctor's.

Good. So many others, including me, believed Avalon wanted help - but his TV, books, and some attention is enough. In contrast, @Guy Fawkes is too distracted by running this site to have anything more than superficial understand of Avalon.

As to "Latter Days," it would be very difficult to match Steven Sandvoss' charm and audience appeal to gay audience. -

"The Opposite of Sex" with David Burtka never played on Broadway, but was featured in Williamstown about a decade ago. Burtka was okay, but not ready for New York in a musical. And it has been a long time since he was naked off-Broadway in Edward Albee's "The Play About The Baby." -
This reads like a definitive response. Perhaps it is why his doctor has so little contact with Avalon.
