It is easy to say that they are not "business smart", but I just do not know enough about the business to make a judgement. Sometimes I think that measuring all performers by Rhyheim's standard is not fair, because of his exceptionality. But I do not have strong opinions about this.

That is quite standard. Another practice that has become mainstream is charging extra for the full movies. You pay the membership to access exclusive pictures and previews, but the full movies are offered to you through private message, at an extra cost. Although I respect that independent porn creators have the right to maximize their earnings, those are all practices I do not like as a consumer. That is why I love so much Rhyheim Shabazz. By "interactions" I mean: our "quotes" of each other our posts in each other threads our mutual mentions our reactions to each other our PMs Hopefully some of those categories are searchable. I think Twitter used to have a function that would allow you to pull out all the public "conversations" with another particular member, but it has been gone for a long time. Or I cannot find it anymore and it is somewhere there. This is actually a very valuable capability, I am surprised that it is not offered by all social media platforms.

I do not know his motivation, and I empathize with @RadioRob calls for moderation and moving on. However, the potential value of this thread to me is a measurement of precisely how much we have grown and moved on from some issues. Being able to look back without rencor and with sense of humor or not being able, would speak of how much or how little we have overcome those old issues. Take it like a self-assessment. I am more interested in what lessons independent creators are or are not learning. Right now, they are doing the only thing they can do in the short term, migrating to a new similar platform. They already learned that many do not need the studios. I do not know if they will learn that fans pages are equally unreliable. I bet you more than one studio is throwing celebratory parties right now. Independent sex workers and porn creators should stop trusting their future on third party companies. They have been empowered by fans pages, but the cannot rely on them anymore.
