My friend, we all had to do that. But that is not turning the sound off, but down. Yes, I used to fuck with my cousin when I was a teen, sometimes with his or my parents sleeping next door. We would whisper, we would be careful, but you cannot be silent during sex, it is just impossible. Even if you are able to eliminate every single sound coming from your mouths, there're still the sounds coming from our bodies clashing against each other.

Good news for some of us: God is joining the War on Christmas.

Easy fix: watch better porn.

I have to ask. How do you turn off the sound when you are actually having sex?
-
I loooove laughing while fucking!
-
Hell yes. One of the best changes that improved my enjoyment of porn was the upgrade in compact microphones. Old porn from the 90s and older, with doubled soundtrack, seems insufferable nowadays.

Nytimes article about : some incidents in NYC L.G.B.T.Q. community
+ José Soplanucas replied to c4men's topic in The Lounge
This kind of attacks where the victim is drugged is currently an international trend. Indeed, we must be careful. That said, I think you all are over reacting. You are forgetting all the threats we used to have in the past and overblowing this current one. I doubt gay bars are more dangerous now than before. Perhaps we are more fearful. -

Question about pricing based on nationality
+ José Soplanucas replied to Quartz's topic in Questions About Hiring
It is quite the norm. As most US and European visitors are able to pay higher prices than most locals, sex workers in Mexico and South America have a double standard for pricing. In some countries it is worse than in others. -
It is not funny, @mike carey. I hate it when someone likes one of my posts, I re read it, and find out typos that seriously impede comprehension. It happens too often.

Do you use the "Do Not Disturb" feature on your phone?
+ José Soplanucas replied to a topic in The Lounge
I set my phone at not disturbe between 11PM and 6AM. Of course, if I am awake I can notice the call or text. That "any" in your question makes it easy to answer. I do not think it is important to respond to any calls, but may be to some. However, the chances of a family or friend emergency during those 7 hours are low. Specially in contrast with the chances to get a call from a student, a student's parent, a hook up, or countless annoying reasons. I refuse to organize my life around the possibility of that one tragic call. Do not disturb fan here. -
I agree, 15' late is not the same than a last minute cancellation. But 15' is not a tiny bit late. It is definitely fucking late. I agree with @Unicornhere. Lateness can be avoid if you respect others' time and therefore plan accordingly. I also agree that it is always the same people who is late and make defensive excuses. Lateness is absolutely unacceptable.

I am glad you are happy with who you are. But I do not understand why you think that being a gay man is better than being anything else. After all, you could have followed your childhood's girlish dreams. Who knows? Perhaps, you could have become a happy woman with a beard and hairy chests and all that girlish stuff AND you could be making it with many guys.

I would say that if the tax payers money is invested in leveling the grounds and providing more opportunities to a discriminated demographic, go ahead. I am not thoroughly reading every post, so I may be missing something. I find interesting that your response went in that direction. I thought @Bucky's concern was not about taxes but about the countless categories in the pages he is referencing. I do think that this crazy going-after-endless labeling is going too far. I sympathize with that feeling only if it is coming from a mindset towards sexual and gender fluidity. I always though that sexuality was something to be described and explored, rather than explained and classified. I feel the same about gender, and this craziness against heteronormative supremacy is just switching to another oppressive normalization, only more inclusive. However, if the concern is coming from a mindset like "two or three labels are good enough, more it is going too far", I would be all for countless labels.
