  1. I appreciated his insightful and educated comments. If there really is an "Invisible Hand" may it lift Adam Smith to a place of happiness.
  2. Ha ha. Yes, guilty as charged. You must have a great memory.
  3. The Genovese story has undergone quite a bit of revisionism in the past few years. Contrary to the original Post story, several individuals actually did respond to Kitty’s screams that night, coming to her aid and calling the police. Many others who heard the screams thought it was a lovers' quarrel or a drunken brawl. And calling 911 was not available in those days and people were often hesitant to involve themselves with the cops who were not always seen as the Good Guys. The "bystander effect" is a real phenomenon but not totally accurate in the Genovese case. More to your point, I no longer get the physical newspaper as delivery of the local The Courier-Journal became problematic. I am a faithful online reader of The Courier-Journal, The New York Times, and in recent months The Washington Post, which has become my favorite source of news and commentary.
  4. I also hooked up with "CountryboyD" whose pics don't do him justice. I won't do a review, but hopefully the new pics I took of him this evening will show what a hot guy he is. https://rentmen.eu/CountryboyD

    Face or body

Not a Kenny expert but I always appreciated Kenny's strong opinions even though I didn't always agree with him. I hope he is doing well.
  6. I agree. The "hunt" was most of the fun. Finding a super hot stud leaning up against the wall at Rounds was exhilarating. Anybody remember the big African-American gentleman who sat at the entrance of Rounds?

    Face or body

I hate to break a consensus, but body, always. Genetics control the face, but hard work and perseverance determine the body. Too many "pretty boys" have an attitude, in my experience.
  8. Giovanni was nice and Vinn was accommodating. In the end (no pun intended), I went with Kevin (link below) and I'm happy I did. He spent about two hours with me w/out looking at the clock. He may be making an encore appearance this evening. https://rentmen.eu/fuckurpics
  9. Arquez responded to me as "faggot" and I quote " Shid (sic) bye faggot" - consider that if you are considering him when hiring.
  10. Arquez is the only one who seemed a bit picky about what he would or would not do, though I guess that it's better that an escort let you know that beforehand.
  11. Four escorts in Atlanta today have responded to my texts about hiring. They are all about the same rate-wise. I plan on hiring two or three of them at some time in the next couple of days. Anybody have a comment about them or priorities in hiring? I am flying out on Saturday. All four were nice in their responses though one was a bit more picky and one was extra accommodating and nice. https://rentmen.eu/OfficialGiovanni https://rentmen.eu/VINN https://rentmen.eu/DaddyDiamondXXX https://rentmen.eu/ArQuez
  12. Sounds like some BS they teach you in Catholic schools. I know, I went to them for 16 years. Humility is good but cognitive flagellation is not.
  13. It'd be funny if you hired him and all wanted to talk about is death and disease.
  14. For Apple users, there are rumors that Apple may be updating and improving their so-called "Air Tags" which are similar to "Tiles" but with better accuracy. The Apple reveal is scheduled for March 23. https://appleinsider.com/inside/airtags
  15. ER docs run into all kinds of things going into people's various holes. When I worked with drug addicts I had a client who would use catheters to insert BBs up into his bladder (to make it look like he had bladder/kidneys stones) in order to get pain pills - the BBs would show up on Xrays as stones. The ER doc called me and said the client had done it so many times it was ruining his urethra.
  16. Quick digression, apologies to the OP. That's literally true. President Eisenhower, known for his frequent golfing trips to the Augusta National Golf Club, hit a certain pine tree on the 17th hole so often he said he thought it should be in his future museum. In 2015 that became a reality when a cross-section of the tree was encased at the Eisenhower Museum in Abiline, Kansas. The Eisenhower Tree had been cut down in 2014 after suffering extensive damage during a major ice storm. Back to the topic about why you should ALWAYS pay your taxes.
  17. LiMu Emu and Doug.
  18. Hoping Giancarlo Stanton (left) is healthy and back in regular play for the Yankees, probably as DH.
  19. Alam Wernick's thighs:
  20. I don't want to make this political and thus verboten in the Lounge Forum, so I will make this as generic as possible, but I think it does illustrate the concept of Irony. At a certain political rally recently a certain political perrson railed against "cancel culture" just before he gave a list of people he wants to have ostracized/cancelled from the Party.
  21. Gaga says she will pay the woman who found her dogs the $500,000 even though the police are against it - they say it will incentivize future celebrity dog-nappings.
  22. Sometimes real names are more risqué than fake. True name of clergyman from southern Indiana whose obituary started: Father Firmus Dick, 82, passed away at Memorial Hospital in Jasper, Jan. 13. A vigil service will be held at St. Ferdinand Church in Ferdinand on Monday, Jan. 18, at 1:30 p.m. EST. https://obits.courierpress.com/obituaries/courierpress/obituary.aspx?n=firmus-dick&pid=138630772
  23. The question, of course, is: Did the Palace inform Harry that the queen would be giving an important speech yesterday?
  24. I think it had to do with timing. The Queen gave a big speech on getting vaccinated on same day as Harry's appearance - which royals apparently felt diverted attention away from Queen Mum. Per Daily Mail: 'When the Queen speaks it's accepted she has a clear field': Palace brands rapping Harry's interview 'unhelpful' for overshadowing 'rare and important' vaccine video after he blames press for driving him away - and Meghan reveals pet name https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9303647/Palace-sources-brand-timing-Harrys-TV-appearance-unhelpful.html
  25. I've grown fond of James Corden and tape his show every night now. I particularly find his interaction with Reggie Watts very amusing and witty. Last night's episode with Prince Harry was interesting and the visit to the "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" home was a gem, esp the part of Harry using the bathroom (and sticking his head out the bathroom's porthole window). It's all very humanizing, which may be why the royals are upset with the appearance (per hunky James Longmans's Twitter). I, too, was amazed at Harry's physical fitness and the ease with which he mastered the obstacle course.
