It can be redundant. Plus, even if the pictures are each uniquely enticing- it’s disadvantageous to the provider. Some guys will get off/masturbate from your pics and never contact you because they got their fill/satisfaction already.

It may not even mean he partakes *himself* in it, but that he is open to the client engaging in it in his presence (that’s a thing). He also notes in the written text that he is “not opposed to PNP”, which to me further suggests that he signals openness to PNP to entice clients who engage in it- he himself may not even necessarily use while the client is using.
