Same here. Tired of feeling disappointed and frustrated after a so-called massage.

Texted. No response.

Healing Bodywork by Lucio [currently (?) in Los Angeles, CA]
tchm replied to + Drew Collins's topic in Spas & Masseurs
He massaged the back only. He did not touch the front. Strictly legit. Way Overpriced if you ask me. No repeat for me.. So many other better masseurs out there. -
Yep. Same guy. Good msg but strictly legit.

Do you have the OF link?

Love the soundtrack especially the first dream sequence when the sound system at the theater went from regular to Dolby Surround sound.

It’s for serious cinephiles and the adventurous moviegoer. Not for the faint of heart or weak stomach. Extremely well made body horror film with something to say about sexuality and gender identity. Winner of the top prize at Cannes and a strong contender for Best International film at the Oscars. My favorite film of the year.
-
He won Best Actor in the LA Critics Awards and should be in the Oscar race. Doubtful though. Happy for him. He was very good in it. I guess he could relate to the character. Love this movie. It’s in the top 10 of some critics year’s best.

Tried him. Disappointed and frustrated. Average msg. No extras. No hint of sensuality whatsoever. Save your money for other more deserving masseurs. You’re welcome.

97% Fresh in Rotten Tomatoes ! Rave reviews all around. Other movies can only look at that and weep. Can’t wait to see it. I’ll be spending a lot of my Christmas money in the theater this December.

He didn’t just chew. He masticated. At least, in those movies, there was a semblance of character development. Here, it’s just Pacino doing that Pacino thing. I can only imagine what Martin Scorsese or even Baz Luhrman (Gatsby) could have done with this story. It is a very rich intriguing story.

It’s horrible. Everybody’s just ACTING in capital letters. I didn’t believe for any second these people are real Italians . Just American and English actors with bad wigs and ridiculous accents doing SNL type impersonations. I’ll be very insulted if I was Italian. Jared Leto is the worst!

Yeah. I keep hoping he will surprise us and start posting again. He had the most informative posts.

Seen it three times in IMAX. The only way to see it IMO. Loved loved it . Will watch it again . I’m so glad it stuck with the book’s tone and atmosphere. So happy the director didn’t dumb it down with smartass quips and one liners to pander to the Marvel/DC throng. It’s thoughtful and an immersive visual and aural experience.

I agree. I keep getting the escort vibe more and more with their ads. And it shows in their rates . I notice more ads in the $180 - $300 range popping up which is ridiculous for a massage.

That’s strange because I saw her in the concert version of Ragtime at the Lincoln Center and her Back to Before stopped the show. The audience gave her an extended loud enthusiastic ovation.
-
Average massage. Upsells to $200 for sensual (nude, MT). I declined. Not worth it IMO.

I inquired. Therapeutic only, he replied.

I think the other Russian guys are Evgeny and Alexander. And yeah, they’re almost like clones. I’ve seen Evgeny. Massage was ok. Got nude at the end but warned that “you can touch everywhere except down ‘there’ and DIY while he flexed”. So I guess that’s what you get from all three of them. A trio of exhibitionists and teases.

I don’t know why I resisted seeing this movie for the longest time. Maybe because of the subject matter. But I’m glad I finally did. Anthony Hopkins is mesmerizing. I could see why he beat out Chadwick Boseman. He reduced me to tears. By burrowing deep into the mind of a man with dementia, the movie broke my heart, messed with my brain, and scared the s**t out of me.

Me, too. Please.

Can you PM me, too? Appreciate it. Thanks.

A thought came into my mind after watching In The Heights. The director Jon M. Chu, who also made Crazy Rich Asians, has perpetuated and reinforced in his movies two popular and notorious stereotypes of two minority groups in American culture: Asian rich, Latinos poor.
