I think I’m polite and respectful when I communicate and hire providers, but I’ve had a recent encounter when a provider cancelled me an hour before hand so one of his regulars could see him. The provider didn’t offer to reschedule, so I won’t be reaching out to him again.

We were scheduled to have a two session, but he went radio silent when I showed up at the appointment time. I waited ten minutes and still heard nothing. Then I left.

I booked Steven this weekend in DC, and I can say he does match his pictures. However, that’s the best thing I can say! He put forth no effort into anything we talked about, just going through the motions to collect his fee. I wouldn’t hire him again or recommend him.

My favorite was when a provider (my first time seeing him) cancelled on me 15 minutes before our appointment time so he could see a regular client of his. The provider did not offer to reschedule, and I wouldn't have accepted!
