Well, not always. And it can get painful. Topic for another time...but don’t assume they ALL leave when the money stops. So hiring is not a 100% failsafe to your OP/question.

This happened to me many many years ago...was really fun and it was nice knowing that everyone knew what to expect when I met new friends from that group. Kinda of a loose knit group of swimsuit - not fashion - models.
