I’m seeing a HUGE bump in the last 3-4 days in messages from young guys in my inbox. School/university closures adding to demand? Work layoffs? Not sure if it’s all social distancing measures but lots of traffic! Sadly, I’m deleting most as I’m not interested in meeting new people right now. A few really tempting prospects I’m messaging and keeping in touch. Also sad...2-3 really exciting university student prospects I’ve been chatting with the last month or so have left town ?

City of Los Angeles limiting food and beverage. For now take out, is still ok. Dining rooms closed. This is good for those I consult with...we hope CA governor goes with similar.

one of my local mini-warehouse stores put similar restrictions on water and hand sanitizer. The clerks are afraid to enforce the rules because customers are so testy and panicking ?

I did my Mexican store “Numero Uno” yesterday, funny it’s a small local chain, they had water and TP stacked up in full supply!? Not a lot of people (yesterday-before SoCal school shutdowns) And of course they had the epazote and cilantro and oxtails I really needed ?

Usually I take Alaska...I have miles on their program. And occasionally get my sister-in-law as my First Class flight attendant ?

I went to the store for onions I forgot yesterday. Yesterday store was fine. Today after LA School District announced shutdown, mayhem and panic buying. I went to two grocery stores - walked out of one full of craziness and waited 45 minutes at second store to pay for my onions, whole sections of the market wiped out, empty.
