Here in Las Vegas, several bathhouse and sex clubs allow sex out in the open.  Some have glory holes and some have slings out in the open.  There's a heterosexual sex club called the Green Door where men and women have sex out in the open and spectators may join in.  The only caveat is no employees of the bathhouse or sex club can participate (considered prostitution).

While not answering your question about slings, I am a tall guy myself and have found a practical solution.  When I replaced my bed and mattress at home, I got rid of the bedframe.  My mattress now sits directly on the "box springs" which sits directly on the floor.  I find this height perfect for doggie style (my current favorite position).

Ah ok. I get clients saying it’s too expensive and I just reply with ‘ok good luck’ and leave it at that. I’m sure some of them hope I’ll come back like your guy did but I think that’s a mistake on his part.
His rate is the value he puts on his service. In this business that’s a very personal value because effectively you are selling yourself. So by reducing his rate, in response to your saying he’s too expensive, he’s effectively selling himself for less than he thinks he’s worth. Is that a good start point for a pleasurable experience? Will he be meeting you with a desire to please or will he be slightly resentful that you knocked him down, even if he responded to your answer on his rate with a reduction? Negotiating the rate is never good in my view. 
My approach is to never ever discount. It reduces your value, it makes the client think less of you and it leaves no one satisfied because the client gets a sub par experience. 
These services aren’t cheap, it’s usually decent amounts $300 upwards. If you’re looking for say $50 off are you really not able to afford the $300? I’m sure that most of the time the clients seeking a discount can afford the full price but they just like the idea of getting a ‘deal’ because it puts them one up on the guy they’re hiring and on all the other clients. It’s just a game. 

 

Most liquor and nudity laws for commercial establishments are created by cities or counties, not the state.
In Nevada, for example, it is possible to have full nudity at a bar.  However, gaming (gambling) is regulated by the state and nudity is prohibited at establishments with gaming.  Every so often a strip club opens in Las Vegas with nudity, but they quickly go out of business because there's not enough revenue for bars or clubs without a gaming license.  A typical gay bar with hundreds of nightly customers and only 15 video poker machines will still net over half of its income from the profit on those gaming machines.

Then you should enjoy visits to countries that use metric!  There are SOOO many Canadian men that are 10+ (centimeters)

You didn’t negotiate though did you. So I agree it isn’t negotiating. He values his time at $260, you didn’t, and you didn’t ask him for a discount. If you had asked for a discount then the affordability issue arises.
