  1. I also recall seeing Margaret Mead's house in Greenwich Village in NYC which is under 10 feet wide and 3 storeys tall. Built in 1873. Almost like a dollhouse with large windows and very old. Often described as the narrowest house in the city. Fittingly the address is 75 and a half Bedford. St. I would have a hard time living in a house that small although I once owned a Victorian era house that was only 15 feet wide, like my sister's house, but deeper with three rooms per main floors and one in the basement.
  2. My sister lives in a very small 4 storey house which is in a row of similar houses built in 1994. Georgian style with only 2 rooms on the main floor and second and 1 room on the third floor and lower level which opens onto a patio (the house is on a sloped lot with the main entrance at the 2nd level on the street side). All of this in around 1000 sq. ft. Lots of stairs but they have installed chair lifts on all three sets of staircases as they have gotten older. I've been in similar houses but much older in Georgetown in DC. Built over 200 years ago and also Georgian in style (the real thing).
  3. What Trudeau did with marijuana is to legalize it across the entire country. In Canada criminal law is legislated by the federal government. This is different from the US where there are federal crimes and state crimes. For instance abortion is now regulated by state laws. In Canada abortion laws are federal and the provinces have no role in legislating on abortion. What Vancouver has done is to seek a special exemption from Ottawa to allow them to conduct this experiment for a three year period to "decriminalize" mere possession of small amounts of hard drugs on individuals. If this is given time to produce results that are positive and measurable, I think we will see the feds move on new legislation with regard to hard drugs.
  4. Those rates are mouth watering.
  5. Vancouver is the most progressive city in Canada. And has some of the worst drug problems as well. I believe the drug overdose deaths, a lot relating to opioides, are also the highest in Canada. So conditions were fertile for trying a different approach. I think the federal government, which legalized pot several years ago for the entire country, is going to evaluate the experiment in Vancouver to see whether it produces positive results. The only thing creating some uncertainty is that the mandate of the current federal government expires in a little over 2 years I believe and if the conservative party comes to power, all bets could be off.
  6. Don't assume he will bottom for you and its best to ask before you hire. I had an escort this week refuse to bottom for another escort in a three some I was trying to arrange. He also advertises as vers-top and I've been with him twice but since I am a bottom the issue didn't come up before. This time the other escort is a top only and I've seen 3 times. I wanted a mix of two guys one of whom would bottom otherwise I will get worn out lol.
  7. His moniker would suggest he is only a top but he lists vers-top on his ad. Guess you would have to ask him if he likes being a receiver.
  8. I sometimes enjoy watching a film which has an older male being topped by a hunky younger male. I imagine myself as the bottom. 😀
  9. There are two threads running concurrently on Trev in the Deli forum. How did that happen?
  10. I was one of his first clients and had a couple of sessions including an overnight in Montreal. He's a very nice guy, incredibly hot, and thoughtful. He contacted me out of the blue yesterday to ask how I was doing. The last time we spoke was last summer in Toronto. He told me yesterday that he is not doing escorting full time right now but with his current ad on RM he is obviously keeping the fires burning. Good for him and the lucky clients he does see.
  11. No. However if you sit on his dick he is the active one. I know, these things are complicated 😆.
  12. On the other hand if this guy Lance A Lot has a good memory for details, just think of the stories he could tell.
  13. When evaluating RM ads for new providers (to me) I check the health status before contacting the escort. I make it a practice to ask if the info is not included in the ad. I reciprocate with my own info. I know some may lie but that happens in other areas of life too. Its always best to take your own precautions but to be open too with communications. Sti's can be transmitted unwittingly so providers and clients alike should inform the other if this occurs.
  14. I read quite a few of the comments and while a few are homophobic most are understanding and empathetic. The latter range from the councillor is openly gay so what gives, they are both adults, just an accidental background appearance which often happens on zoom, not to be compared to republicans who are caught out in hypocritical situations, and not to be compared to Jeffrey Toobin.
  15. That thread ended with the question what his rates are. In his current ad they are 400 euro in, 500 out and 4000 overnight. Definitely at the top end of RM providers. He's been at it for over 12 years so his age of 32 is a little suspect. I would guess 35 or even 40. Unless he worked to put himself through school.
  16. I've always lusted after this guy. I believe he was based in London. Funny he should show up in Toronto in the dead of winter. If I was there I would hire him.
  17. Living in Canada I have never made it a priority to visit the presidential museums established after their tenure in office. If I were to undertake such a pilgrimage I would visit FDR's, JFK's, Nixon's and Reagan's. Here in Canada we don't make it a practice to establish museums for past prime ministers. But one former pm, Mackenzie King (a contemporary of FDR) has two museums in his honour, one his former residence in Ottawa (Laurier House) which he inherited from Sir Wilfred Laurier's widow (Laurier was Canada's first French Canadian pm and hired King to work in the government) and Kingsmere, his estate north of Ottawa in the Gatineau hills. Both places offer a fascinating insight into a public figure who had an intensely private life (he never married). His diaries were published after his death and revealed a lot about this man who was the longest serving prime minister in Canadian history (he was in office longer than FDR) starting in the early 1920's and retiring in 1948 with a time out of 5 years during the Great Depression.
  18. My experience and practice has been that when I choose two different escorts to do a threesome with me, I pay each their own rates which can differ so I put it in envelopes. When I have hired a couple they charge me a single rate which is higher than just for one person. But generally less than for two separate like in the first case. It can be a great deal if both are equally hot. If not then I prefer to choose the two myself.
  19. I suppose you could agree to 69 but no kissing. 😆
  20. Could have stunted his growth. 😆
  21. I suppose Carter did make some money from his books which he actually wrote himself. I bought one of them, which I remember was about Israel. While it dealt with his achievements I seem to remember, it was also very critical about developments following his prrsidency. It made him somewhat of an embarrasment to his party as I recall.
  22. I take it back. I don't think Jimmie Carter profited from the presidency either.
  23. Average build??? Are you saying the pics are fake?
  24. I read in his biography that Truman actually had no home he could call his own. The Little White House in Key West was in fact a naval installation. When he left the big White House he went back to his mother-law's house which he eventually acquired through his wife Bess. Probably the last president to not have enriched himself with the office.
  25. Reading his reviews, recently he has two steady clients who do extended sessions including overnights. They seem to be smitten with him. OTOH his profile doesn't appeal to me.
