  1. It would be nice if Derek Kage resumed escorting. His videos are very hot.
  2. Actually there are rare cases and my younger sister was one where her chickenpox vaccine as a child did not take. I and my two brothers all got the vax. My sister developed a case of shingles and chickenpox simultaneously about 10 years ago in her 60s. It was very painful and affected her entire torso. Her doctor told her it was one for the medical books!
  3. I think vacations of a week or more wpuld warrant at least 6 months notice. After all if you want the hotels resorts and other attractions booked you need to know that far in advance. I do think a deposit would be required since you are asking someone to guarantee their time that far in advance. You need to know the provider and trust him. Obviously an established relationship would be necesssary imo.
  4. At this moment the kids are arriving at my door thick and fast. I have lots of treats so the anxiety is absent. Some years I had to turn off the lights and retreat to the back of the house when I ran out of supplies
  5. Hopefully the kid had a dog at home.
  6. I did too but I live in a small town in a house on the corner and the kids would know. I wouldn't want the brussel sprouts thrown back at my windows. 😆
  7. I've been here for over 20 years, on and off. When I left it was for a number of reasons but I never cancelled my account. I just stepped back and pursued other interests. A few years ago I just logged in and lo and behold my account and password were still active and here I am still. Life goes on.😀
  8. Well I considered all my options when I discovered on a Sunday morning I had a flat in an underground garage in a place 2 hours from home in a different province. Having two older cars I am a premium member of CAA. When I checked my spare it was flat. Then I saw the can of sealant -inflator. So I tried it and it worked. Voila. Problem solved. From prior experience, no garages will repair tires on a Sunday. Their facilities are closed. I have used CAA quite a few times with the multiple cars I have owned over the years. 4 years ago my Cadillac XTR engine blew in a town not too far away. I called CAA and they towed me home to my car dealership. No charge to me. I had the choice of either staying in Montreal another night with a $500 cost of hotel and dinner and breakfast and a free tow to a garage. A half day delay in getting repairs or maybe inflating the spare but wasn't sure how good it was and whether it would hold pressure for a 2 hour drive at highway speeds. My premium membership means I can get a tow interprovincial but I know from experience when I had an antique car I purchased in Quebec closer than Montreal is to my home, the towing charge was $650 and that was 12 years ago. They need to be licenced to operate in both provinces and the whole operation takes half a day to and from since they can't pick up another customer after me. So yes, I am 76 and have been driving over 50 years and have tons of stories of adventures on rhe road. They all ended well, thank God.😀 This one did too, all for a cost of a 16$ can of repair and a 20 minute delay. The tire was old and will be replaced in the spring as I am about to store the Mercedes for the winter. Hope I didn't bore you.😉
  9. I only learned about @unicorn's departure second hand. I did not see his post, which I assume has been removed at his request along with all his other posts ever since he became a member. Is that correct? I find it strange if that is indeed what has happened. It's one thing to walk away. Its another to eliminate all traces of your participation on this board.
  10. I think it is an exaggeration to say most Canadians do not have money presumably to pay for such things as medical care. Because our taxes are generally higher than in the US, both income and sales taxes, which are imposed by both federal and provincial governments (except Alberta), people feel they are entitled to "free" medical.care in return. The amount governments can direct to medical care is finite of course and there are many competing pressures to spend on orher programs. When we in Canada look to the south of us we see a society that is no better off in terms of health overall and in many way less healthy despite their much vaunted private medical system. We also see shorter life spans in the US and much higher levels of obesity and other illnesses that aggravate health outcomes in older people. Overall I like our system mainly because no-one goes to bed each night worrying about an illness that could put them into bankruptcy.
  11. Most of my circle are well off financially and are of an age when they are encountering health issues which often require hospitalization and operations. Like myself they have good doctors both gp's and specialists to look after their concerns. What one reads about in the papers is obviously true such as not everyome having a family doctor or waiting lines for needed surgeries. Our popularion is growing fast, I million immigrants in the last year, and doctors are not being replaced quickly enough. People who have been here all their lives tend to hang onto their doctors, like myself. I have no problem.accessing them when I need to. Newcomers are finding it difficult to do the same. However they came here knowing the situation and still chose Canada over the place they left. So that says something. I think the impression people have looking on from the outside is distorted by the sensational stories they read about in the media. Those who are satisfied with their care rarely speak up about it and their stories are not covered. They wouldn't sell newspapers or get face time on TV.
  12. For an interesting look into the profit driven US health care system, read today's NYT on the look into the hernia repair business and the wreckage it has perpetrated on thousands of patients receiving treatment on the DaVinci robotic machines which doctors have trained for by watching Facebook instructional videos. Yeek.
  13. I think you are only getting a one sided view of the situation in Canada. The experience I and my circle of froends and acquaintances is far different to the opinions expressed here. And I live in Ontario, Canada's largest province.
  14. I found @unicorn to be very confrontational and will not miss his acerbic and dismissive attitude. In my view he had some unattractive attributes in other respects as well. But each to his own.
  15. Matthew Perry's mother was better known to us Canadians as she was a well respected journalist in Canada and Pierre Trudeau's press secretary. Justin Trudeau went to school with Matthew, who grew up in Ottawa, and has offered his condolences. Perry was always appreciated for not forgetting his roots when he became rich and famous. Imagine earning $1million an episode on Friends! He and his fellow actors were the first to pull in that kind of money on a TV sitcom.
  16. One last comment on Montreal's Village. I had dinner on Friday night at Saloon and it was as lively as ever. I had heard it was taken over by new owners during the pandemic. The new ones have kept all the features that made it popular. The waiters are are dressed in black, which is very becoming. The food was good (I had black Angus steak done medium rare). The place was fairly crowded but no waiting lines for tables (around 8pm). And a drag queen came in and entertained the diners in a nice way, just pranced around to the dj's music (you could see him in his booth spinning the vinyl). A very nice way to while away a couple of hours.
  17. I actually don't have to imagine. In the day, that is 20 odd years ago, having sex with the dancers in the cabins was pretty routine, at least for me and some others I knew. They had either swing doors or curtains then and some dancers were willing to go all the way. And I mean all the way. Of course the management tried to curtail it and dancers were suspended for two weeks if caught. There were no reprisals for the clients. Once I was caught giving head to a dancer whose real name was Louis, and he was suspended on the spot. I took him home and compensated him well. We also had a few more dates during his suspension as I felt somwhat conplicite in his predicament. I still have pics on my computer of his magnificent dick and ass.
  18. Interesting ad. First time saw such a provider from the distant past offering his services. And agree on the ext3nsive porno images.
  19. This is not dancer related but related to my trip to Montreal this weekend. When I left the hotel and picked up my car in the underground parking at the Hyatt in the Village, I had a flat rear tire. On a Sunday morning. You can imagine my consternation! Luckily I had thrown a can of instant repair and inflation in the trunk years ago(my Mercedes is 23 years old) but had never had occasion to use it. So I tried it and it worked, just as described on the can. It was good enough to get to a gas station which had a air pump so I topped it up. I was able to drive home 120 miles at 60mph ( I didn't want to press my luck) and put the car in my garage. I only lost 20 minutes in my travel time from hotel to home. What a life saver that little can was! If you drive a lot, get one.
  20. I was in Montreal this weekend and paid a visit to Campus Friday evening after many years absence. Arrived around 8:30 and left at 10. There were over a dozen dancers and more came in for the 9 shift and a few might have left. They were all great looking, most my type, muscular but not muscle bound. Nice slim waists and medium height to taller. All friendly; I took a dance with Matt, who told me he has worked there for a number of years. Still seemed young. A hockey player, works in a factory and very good looking. I talked with a few others, Matthew and Alexandre, both nice looking and not aggresive. I didn't lead them on since Matt was enough to satisfy my lust lol. I had had a workout with an escort in the afternoon so kept the number of dances to 3 with Matt. There is no cover on the door of each cabin so not like the old days when one could have a lot of fun. About the women, there were only a few, maybe 3, when I arrived but they started piling in around 9:30. When I left at 10 there were 6 waiting to pay the cover $8. to come in. All very plain looking. I didn't see woman taking a dancer to the back and I was sitting near the entrance to the private booths just beside the dj. Overall a very enjoyable experience for what it was. But for me I get more bang for my buck with escorts. Had two wonderful ones for the weekend. Oh and the weather was great, especially Saturday. Sunny and almost 20c. People were in shorts.
  21. I saw a new provider this afternoon and for me it was an expected one hour drive to his hotel, in "normal circumstsnces." But I knew this weekend was not normal because the main highway into Ottawa was shut down in the downtown core for replacement of an overhead bridge. So traffic was going to be a nightmare and it was. I left early and thought I had worked out a good alternative itinerary but didn't count on some construction zones on this unfamiliar route. So I was a half hour late but kept in touch by text the entire time. He was so gracious and relaxed about it that I had no stress. Oh, the other thing going on downtown when I got close to his hotel were large demonstrations for the Palestinians, Ottawa being Canada's capital and a large group of them were ahead of me trying to get into the parking lot. I was going to be another 15 minutes delayed so I just left the car in the lot without prepaying as required. I thought I might get a ticket or have the car booted but to my pleasure it was sitting there just waiting to be driven away. I paid anyway even though there was no gate to go through. It was a win win.
  22. Looks more like a calf than a bull. Just sayin.
  23. I love his Twitter feed with the puppies and assorted animals interacting. Precious.
  24. You were in Detroit and flew in a provider to Detroit and bought local. This doesn't make sense.
  25. Sorry to hear you have Covid. Hope you get over it soon.
