  1. Appears to be a couple. Something rings a bell but can't recall.
  2. Says the guy who just joined a few minutes ago.
  3. I like the line in his ad to the effect that our bodies are a temple but also our amusement park.
  4. I'm guessing he costs a lot of loot.
  5. My brother and his wife bought long term care insurance in their 40's as he was self employed and she didn't work. They paid about $3000 per year in premiums. Now he is 79 and she is 84 and has dementia. She went into a facility last summer that costs $9000 per month and the insurance pays half. Whether it was worth it depends on how long she lives. Otherwise she is very healthy and could live another 5 years or more. She gets excellent care. Even has an exercise bike set up in her room. He gets to take her out to a restaurant or even home for a meal on her good days. Other days she's in a complete fog and doesn't recognize him. In my case I have a great pension and that would cover me if I had to go into ltc. So I never bothered to buy a policy.
  6. Mohamet Ghandi drank his own urine too. First case I had heard of decades ago. I only sample urine from favoured providers, not my own. And fresh, not old stuff.
  7. 24 hours is not an overnight rate. He charged me under $2000 last year for a 12 hour ov. but I threw in a dinner at a nice restaurant. His rates may have gone up as he has become popular. I saw him early in his career, just a month after he started his ad on RM.
  8. Is that what he is charging now? If so looks like I got in on the ground floor. Lol
  9. I've been together with both Trev and Leo as a threesome a couple of times (although Leo was going by the name Jake) and it was a lot of fun. Jake by himself was also a lot of fun. I did an overnight with him, having previously had an overnight with Trev. All in all, some great experiences. But I have moved on to other great times with others.
  10. Are the birds up at 4am? I ask because at this time of the year the birds start to chirp outside my bedroom window around then. It's uncany how just a glimmer of light on the eastern horizon, which my bedroom window faces, gets them going. To me there is no appreciable difference in light conditions between then and an hour earlier. These days I'm a fairly light sleeper and awake at different times of the night and look at the window to see what the night sky looks like. Luckily I drop off to sleep again most times. I have no desire to get out of bed until 7 at the earliest.
  11. So what would have been an appropriate fee? This was 3 years ago and we had arranged the overnight session weeks in advance at my hotel. He lived in another city but travelled frequently to the city where I was also visiting. We met in my hotel lobby at 7 and I told him immediately my stomach didn't feel right. The first thing we did was cancel the reservations at a 5 star restauant which he had chosen and instead opted for a place nearby. So instead of spending $4 to $500 on dinner, I spent $75 for the two of us. I hardly touched my food and that is when I should have called it off. Had I done that he would be out $1500 and missed out on a great meal. A few months earlier we had had a 3 to 4 hour date which included dinner and play back at my hotel. I had paid him $750. So I am thinking I should have paid him $500 for his time, about 1 and a half to 2 hours at this point, including companionship at dinner. His usual fee was $300 at that time. Oh, and he was a fairly well known porn star having worked in the states for some of the big studios. This is all hindsight but am I reasonable in my thinking?
  12. There is a bug running around in my town which I caught on the weekend. It causes a 24 hour GI upset with the runs but no nausea or cramps or fever. I thought I had food poisoning but when I went into work today at my volunteer association, feeling much better, a co-worker told me about this bug. Now if this had happened a week ago it might have spoiled my sessions with two great providers. This week I had nothing planned so no cancelling needed. I once went through with an overnight before the pandemic and was feeling off the afternoon before my date. I should have cancelled and given him an appropriate fee and not wasted an expensive ov fee where I could not enjoy myself at all. Needless to say he got a good night's rest which I got to witness as I tossed and turned.
  13. As I most always host providers, I always have lube on hand and several varieties. I leave the condoms to the providers to bring since size and fit are very personal choices. As a bottom, I don't need to consider those things except of course I'm always interested in size!
  14. There is a rythmn to living in a sunbelt town that is different from living in more moderate climates. The winter season is packed with people and events catering to tourists and then all goes into hibernation. I loved my five winters in Miami years ago and could only imagine when the hotter weather and humidity arrived. Sometimes I would get a taste of it in early April as I was packing up to leave. One time I was in Palm Springs in late May and it seemed very dead and hot, hot. But I was staying with friends who had a house there and stayed until June when they retreated to Canada with its pleasant summer weather.
  15. If you have a lot of furniture, I would go with the flooring allowance mentioned above to any purchaser. The few times I have moved I have found it easiest to do major work like replacing floors before you move in. Otherwise its a hassle. And it may not suit all possible buyers so you are narrowing your marketability without taking a major hit on the cost of your renos. If you decide to go ahead, lots of good advice above about what your needs are and what is best for where you live and structural issues like subfloor etc.
  16. As usual, concise and to the point.😉
  17. Another example of "great" bedside😒 manner.
  18. Jersey jock has put an entirely different slant on the events of the overnight he had with his client. And I am inclined to believe him unless the client can refute his account. I find it hard to believe someone would mistake a backpack, unless they were the identical model which is extremely unlikely.
  19. There is no simple across the board rule in my experience but I haven't stepped foot in a stripper bar since the pandemic started. Prior to that each establishment had its own etiquette and then individual dancers interpreted that in their own way. You won't see signs posted " no sucking of dancers." But you can get a pretty good feel for how things go just by observing, asking people both clients and dancers, and just basically trial and error. As the judge says, it doesn't hurt to ask.
  20. For a time there was a two tier price policy, 10$ for vanilla and 20$ for all dressed, so to speak. Eventually it was 20$ across the board.
  21. My memory is starting to fade a little on the exact sequence of events but I do remember Stock when it was located on St. André below Ste. Catherine. They moved to the corner on Montcalm and Ste Catherine when I was living on Montcalm, maybe around 2005. Certainly I remember 2003 as that was when Campus made major changes in their layout with many more booths that had curtains and certainly facilitated play. Later the curtains came down, sadly, and it wasn't quite the same. Taboo had side by side benches with no barriers at that time so very little happened beyond fondling. There was Adonis as well but much smaller upstairs where the booths were. The area at the back was not very private. Imo, the early 2000s were the halcyon days if you were looking for some wild fun.
  22. Ive had great encounters the last year and been pleased that many are great kissers and follow through on the rest. Regarding Covid, once I'm satisfied that they seem to be reasonable risks based on their profiles and our chats before setting a date, I just forget about the dangers posed by kissing. So far so good.
  23. I don't know why this should surprise anyone who has experience going back several decades. But I understand that doesn't include everyone on this forum. I still visit Montreal on a semi regular basis but recently have not been drawn to the Village. The surroundings downtown are more upscale and I have adapted to the internet and Rentmen. Still, I recall the old thrill of the hunt and do miss it.
  24. In the old days (20 years ago) you could regularly expect to give a blow job once you donated at least $60. There were no women except on ladies night so no distractions for these mostly straight dancers. If you spent more than $100 you could often get the guys to cum if they were not about to dance again. This was mostly at Campus, I never much fancied the other strip joints which numbered another 3 or 4. I even got the cute bartender at the back bar at Campus to cum in my mouth. Those were the days!
