In response to the op's question; I can only hope so. I went to an "appreciation" reception at my health club today thrown by the management. Given the Gulf of Mexico is relatively shallow, I wonder how large the waves were throughout that body of water even miles away from the hurricane's path. Here the colleges offer diplomas and certificates in many specialties often after a two year course of studies. The bachelor degrees are similarly technically oriented. They don't offer BA bachelor of arts for instance, a three or four year program, as universities do.
