You mentioned your issue was not resolved and asked me to fire Adem. My answer is: I will not fire Adem, because many other customers appreciate and enjoy his service. Another reason is that the complaint you provided about your experience with him was vague and unclear.
If you are very dissatisfied with that particular session, we are willing to offer you a refund. If you don’t feel comfortable seeing him again, you are welcome to choose another therapist or visit a different spa.
Most of our staff here are young people in their early 20s, and it’s natural for young people to make mistakes. I hope everyone can be more understanding and patient with them. Especially during this difficult time, they truly need this job.

I feel like the reviews for HK are so spotty and differ so much, even from the same masseur. I wish there was a mens spa that offered consistently good massages and extras without depending on whether or not they think theyre gonna get a good tip.

Met with Andoni and was pleasantly surprised. I had been avoiding him because of some reviews of him being distracted during the massage. He seemed attentive and the massage was really good and he knew all the tricks and spots to make it especially sensual. 
And the actually massage was good too. I didn't realize it was him because I did a walk-in, until he did the body to body part of the massage that I read about
 
Also met with Jose recently. His massage skills have definitely improved from when he first started. His strokes were more confident and flowed well with more pressure and strength. I would go back to both

Recent nyc spa experience: Stopped by a place called Siam Retreat recently because they advertised male for male massage and it showed up in my search for m4m massage. While the massage itself was very good and the provider was quite sweet and handsome, it was strictly therapeutic and a little pricey ($150 before tip).

Andres: Decent message and HE, closed the lights fully, in between he would talk/whisper to himself and I did look at times to see if someone else was there, but seems not. Won't repeat. 
Andoni: Ok massage with some nuru (clothes on), unenthusiastic HE, had headphones on which was kinda rude, won't repeat. 
Alex: Good massage and HE, goes a little further but very much there for the money. Won't repeat as the after attitude was bad.

Do any of the masseurs give massages wearing just their underwear (ideally briefs vs. boxers or boxer-briefs)? That's always something I've wanted, but never had it. 
Also, which of the guys do you think has the best sense of humor? I find a guy who's playful, able to smile, and even laugh/joke helps me relax more than a guy who treats everything more like a duty.

Took the plunge and I can attest that Adem might be the best masseur at HKMS/27 spa at the moment. I was his first client and I'm glad I took the risk. He's been a masseur for 8 years in turkey and applies long deep pressure in the correct muscle groups. So I don't get a lot of PM, he's about 5'9, lean dark features with a nice jawline, lol. He's not gym worked out but arms are very toned probably from giving massages. 

I don’t think NYKinkster had a massage with him if you read his post carefully.
