Smokes weed but not cigarettes?

In the preamble to his Sleepyboy entry he states he is a non smoker but answers yes to smoking. I don’t get it. Either way kissing is no so he is off my list. A pity.

Hmm, now that I read his profile again, I see he identifies as a non-smoker - which I guess means that he would accept smoking clients? 

Me too. His Sleepyboy profile states “kissing-no.” A pity because he is very cute. I’m in London at the end of June and am looking for suggestions, regrettably BlondieBoyy will not be on my list.
