  1. Two times fellow passengers had items confiscated. First, pre-9/11, 5 of us were returning from a college trip to Japan. One of the other students attempted to bring an ornate sword in her carry on luggage. She reasoned that it was a "gift” for her brother. I whispered in her ear to ask that the crew store it. I explained to her that buying a weapon as a gift didn't transform into a non-weapon. Had she visited Israel, she wouldn't be allowed to carry an uzi onto the plane. Ultimately the pilot offered to hold the sword for the flight. Unfortunately, we flew from Tokyo/Nariata to Chicago/O'Hare where we to connect for the last leg of the flight. The delay boarding our party because of the sword snafu left our names off the passengers list. United Airlines cancelled all of its flights due to a strike. We were booked on Northwest, but all of the airlines were taking bumped United passengers. We ended up waiting for about 12 hours to get rebooked. Second, post-9/11, the guy in front of me was stopped, and the security line delayed when he tried to bring a set of electric tools onto the plane. Also an international flight, so the delay made some of us nervous about getting through customs screening on time. We did, but it was close
  2. You lack sufficient reading comprehension and are too defensive to have a reasonable dialog. I'll just not that a "rant" may be written. You've opted for a narrow definition. The word rant accurately describes the tenor or your post. And I was referring to your bringing up the "friend's" rates. You find those rates so offensive you have to include them in your list of gripes about the provider who's the subject of the thread. But I'll let other readers draw their conclusions. No distortion on my part. You also choose to get needlessly nasty. Not only is English my "first" language, it's the one I'm published in and employed as a college teacher and attorney drafting opinions for a federal, as well as the language I utilized as an editorial manager of one of the nation's leading law review. Try reading more carefully, both what you write and what other's write in response. It'll reduce the noise and the confusion. BTW, when you stoop to unsupported insults (questioning my facility with English, accusing me of fabricating and distorting because you didn't recognize I was saying you shouldn't criticize the provider asked about in the thread based on your dislike of his friend's pricing. Oh, and what "confirmable" facts did you point out? That the provider may be 6' or 6'1" (or, perhaps 6' . 5"). You were merely alerting the forum to facts. You were (mis) characterizing those facts.
  3. His friend's rates say nothing about him, except to give an idea about someone who he can work with, and whose abilities he justifiably admires. I get that a lot of posters find IVLHV to be too expensive, and that they make all sorts of statements about "better” guys (unnamed) for much less while those who actually did see him uniformly found him exceptional, and consistent with this provider's description. So, I'd say your rant was not only long, but it really failed to demonstrate "constradictions" or anything to suggest the add is misleading. You don't like the other guy's rates. Don't hire him. No need to manufacture controversy because you think a guy is overpriced.
  4. If you read surrounding posts, you'll see that "bumchucket” link is to an account of the poster, not the person discussed by the poster.
  5. Correct. He was on the Tyra talk show. In threads like this, it would avoid confusion to be specific about who we're referring to in a specific post.
  6. That's happened a lot recently. Several brand new posters, each either promoting an lightly (or un) reviewed guy or trashing one.
  7. Hooboy ran the site effieciently. Reviews posted 7 days a week by 6 am EST. Any deviation was usually due to acts of god as in a tsunami and loss of internet connection. There were no lengthy breaks without explanation or an announced duration.
  8. So you are suggesting we falsely review someone we've not met based on your word. When a client thinks a provider has falsified (or just removed) a review we go nuts.
  9. I also got an RM chat from him. Said he was new and looking for clients. I didn't reply in part because I found it odd, and in part b/c we are not located anywhere near one another.
  10. I'm assuming Cariolis is writing about Hooboy. I think his background was in radio, but others no doubt know more. My sense was that Hooboy didn't need or take money from the site.
  11. IIRC his only link to the crimes was living in the same apartment as his lover and having access to the computer on which the lover kept porn with underage boys.
  12. It was Hooboy who did that, not Daddy. Daddy took up the cause/site when Hooboy passed.
  13. Or isn't trying to fool us.
  14. How much his ad costs.
  15. Huh? No mention of a deposit or advance. Also, you've misquoted the ad text. He clearly says available on certain days before 10 on short notice and w/o an appointment, but requires an appointment for after 10 pm because he usually turns phone off at 10 pm.
  16. I don't think so. The tattoo is positioned mostly under his arm. In the pics where it's not evident that's likely because of angles of shots, etc. It's also possible the tat is recent, although he doesn't look older in some pics than others.
  17. Did he remove the pics you describe?
  18. Guys like Gabriel have good reasons to include some older photos so readers can recognize them from whatever point in their careers they've seen.
  19. Ive met him. He's a great guy. Handsome, charming, unassuming. Tops will love him. I do, even as a bottom. He's just one of those guys who makes you feel good about knowing him.
  20. My hometown, modestly sized, had a fair share of high profile murders. One involved a husband who killed his wife after they were separated. They both worked for the town, and gave up those jobs to become subsistence farmers. When that failed, she was able to get her old job back and he was not. He waited for her in the parking lot at her job, killed her, then retreated home and cowered in a closet until police came for him. The other cases were even more interesting. It's so strange to me that a place I always considered to be quiet to the point of being boring harbored such events.
  21. Now you're forum name makes sense.
  22. Both the time and the transport cost the escort. If you think those cost are negligible, go to them and bear those costs yourself.
  23. The rationale for charging more for an outcall is the additional time to travel to/from the session.
  24. Agreed. It breeds some resentment among the class of hirers, however, because the object of their desires don't really need them to support them financially. It does make you wonder why some of these guys continue to advertise on RM if they really only want scene partners. I suppose it's just a forum for them.
