I lost 20% of my body weight at a rate of one pound a week. I’m now a few pounds below the goal weight I described above. I opted not to take GLP1s.

How are you feeling? I'm really sorry you're in pain and that the chiro visit didn't help. I had a multi-level extrusion (burst disc) and protrusion on my neck, and I had horrible pain that radiated down my arm. See if you can get a referral to a pain medicine doctor, preferably one trained in anesthesia. They can give you an epidural steroid injection which will help for a few weeks. PT will help too though it's hard at first. It will get better though .

Like most fluffy coated creatures, I sleep better in the cold (55 degrees ideally). As a result, my heat is never turned on. I use a space heater instead. It was 50 degrees indoors last night.
