Summer of last year, an amazing session (to me, amazing) with someone I'd never hired before. He said he'd "definitely let me know" when he's in town again. I take that as a red flag. For instance if you do everything over the phone including setting a fee rate what's to keep him from saying in person no I said my price was really x when you thought it was y. I want everything in texts first so there is no confusion.

What you're asking is confusing. The person you intend to block wasn't looking at your blank profile. You mentioned that you added to your profile, which is when you then had everyday visitors - like me (I'm not whoever that other guy is, but it's not uncommon for me to become a fan of clients who see multiple men I've seen also seen before, so I visit their profile and read different reviews each day).
Is there a picture of yourself with your added information? This too could create many visitors. This a good valid counterpoint to my opinion. If your client is seeing you for a weekend or longer, a bath house seems like a potential fun stop. Their private rooms, however, are dark, small and dingy almost everywhere - not at all an ideal location for an introductory experience. Get a (real) room, like at a hotel.
