Personally, I try to share my experiences both in posts and private messages to the extent that I'm comfortable. Personally, I've had a good experience requesting information via PM. I don't think there's a one-size-fits-all answer for this. You need to understand how your body works. For me, if I clean up 3 hours or more after my last meal, I stay clean as long as I don’t eat anything. Once I do eat, I have about an hour to an hour and a half, depending on what I eat.
