I’d say my year was pretty uneventful. Aside from seeing my regulars, I tried several new providers and while I did not find a keeper I also didn’t have a shitty experience.

I agree with you, and I’m not saying that misleading stats on a profile are acceptable. However, the reality is that most providers don’t have accurate or up-to-date information on their profiles. I usually assume they are a bit older, shorter, heavier, and have a smaller D size than listed. For me, what matters most is that the pictures match the person who opens the door. If they don’t, or if the photos are very outdated, that’s a dealbreaker, and I’ll simply walk away.

I highly recommend hiring someone. The process of searching and selecting a provider together can be a refreshing change of pace in itself. I would add another reason: I know two providers who retired once they had raised enough money to start their own businesses. In both instances, that was their goal, and I must say, I was genuinely impressed by their discipline and commitment in achieving it.

I don’t understand. Why would it matter if he has a partner? Would you feel the same way if he had several regular clients he saw weekly? Why should this be an issue? I would never click on a link sent by someone I don’t know. In fact, even if I know the person, I’d still be hesitant to do so without taking the proper precautions. My advice would be to describe what you want your session to be like and let the provider do his job. If, by the end of the session, you’re satisfied with the interaction and are considering hiring the provider again but feel there’s room for improvement, you could view the video together, so he´ll have a better understanding of what you would like.
