I’ve seen Terry at his place in UTC several years ago. He’s very nice, gives a good massage, reasonable rates. He doesn’t go over the top on erotic elements but offers some basics if you want them. I always left happy.

I'm heading to San Diego in June. I've pored over the entries here, but there doesn't seem to be any information about the three masseurs I'm the most interested in.

Sounds like you’ve been very unlucky! None of what they did is very professional. You should be made to feel welcome, safe and comfortable, then aroused! Maybe you’re picking the wrong guys to hire? 
If they have a list of things they won’t do, their pics look too good to be true, they’re difficult to make the booking with, they don’t ask you any questions about what you’re looking for, they don’t have a website or other signs of a professional approach (such as their prices are ‘ask me’), or they use baby oil to massage you 😱….then it’s likely they will be like those you already saw. The guys who do this unprofessionally are just out to make a quick buck off you. They tend to disappear after a while.
Go for guys who’ve been doing it a good few years who take a professional approach to it. They’ll give you a proper massage and include sensuality and intimacy. They’ll listen to you about what you’re looking for and be intuitive to provide it.
I don’t know where you are so I can’t make any suggestions as to who to book, I’ll leave that to others.. (I think some of the US based guys who regularly post on here sound great though - try them!). But if you ever visit London come to me for a massage. I see lots of clients who are new to sensual / erotic massage. I won’t answer the door mid massage, tell you off for looking at me, or keep any clothes on 😉.

He’s the real deal.  A licensed massage therapist who massages in a cozy room of his house (filled with fascinating books if that’s your thing).
Agreed that the first photo looks AI generated, but I think it’s a headshot because he does acting on the side. 
He’s in his mid-50s, and (to me) very handsome. Massage is next level. Intuitive, confident, and very relaxing. He’s not a clock watcher and is very good about checking in. Precisely what I was looking for. All in all, he’s a very nice guy and an excellent masseur. Highly recommended.

Do NOT use!  Nasty, rushed, prickly and totally cold.  He seems so. Ice on email, but in person he is Jekyll and Hyde.  I threw him out.  Oh another thing- be prepared- he demands to be paid in advance because he sees all customers as thieves. Anyone would be a better choice!

I saw Steve once. He’s a nice sexy guy. A little too sexual for me personally, and not particularly great with the therapeutic side of the experience. I’m particular though and have very high standards, so take that with a grain of salt. He’s ok overall, but great if you want to push the envelope on the erotic end. As always, YMMV.

I don't know if folks saw my teaser in the Lounge for the new review site, but with the new system we will have the capability to have multiple categories of things to review.  This will include things such as:
 
Inside of each category will be items (either a person or a place).  It's basically the thing being reviewed.  Each item depending on what category that it is in can have a set of questions/fields associated with it.  This allows us to ask different questions for each type of item being reviewed.  
Within each item will be the ability to have reviews.  Again, since different categories can have different types of needs, I can create different questions for the reviews themselves.  Think of the reviews as descriptions of the encounter.  You will have an item (aka the masseur) and then the item will have reviews that describe member's encounters.
Given the progress that is being made with the new review site, I'm ready to start figuring out what information we want to collect.  This is where I need your help!
I need to collect both the types of categories we want and what questions would be in the category.  For example:
