some of you (??) may know that Good Grief had another forum handle before Good Grief emerged late last year (2016).....I knew him then and we hung out once (just socially) in the fall of 2016.....I knew his real name and just now googled it.....he died in early November, last month, the same day as GG's last forum post.....I don't know if it was suicide or natural, but his Palm Spgs thread post suggests natural??......he was in his late 50s too bad....he had gone through a messy divorce in early 2016 and had two HS-aged sons he adored..... always loved his sharp-as-tacks gifs!!!!...a savvy, smart, good guy!

have you ever made contact with him?....not quite clear on this! I like JJ's vibe a lot and appreciate all the comments....I hope a meet works out for you and that you'll post results and a review.....do you know if all inquiries still go through a rep?....thanks

more real name "horror stories" to add to my post (#33) upthread..... one guy I'd already met several times accidentally emailed me back once using his work (full real name) email.....I replied to it and he wrote back, "don't EVER use this email address again!"....later, he explained that he had to reply like that because his work might see the email exchange and he had to make it look like some crazy person was bothering/spamming him...... another guy, a budding actor, when I asked for face pictures, gave me his website address with actor-style head shots and his real name......thinking I'd, therefore, already gained his trust, I called to set up an appointment and greeted him with his real first name.....he said, "ohhhhh, you know my name??!!"....I said, "yeah, you gave me your website".....he said, "oh"......subsequent meets were great!

I think people are curious about gossip and dirt, of course..... already knowing it was a taboo and very private subject, I once forged ahead and asked a favorite provider if he'd seen anybody well-known.....after some hemming and hawing, the provider very seriously admonished me that it's a sensitive subject and that I shouldn't be asking.....I knew that, of course, but, you know, curiosity and all that............. I was really only testing him because, being famous and all, I wanted to make sure he wouldn't talk about me to others
