I'd like to research other insurance companies for our HOA townhouse/condo coverage.....currently with State Farm, which I was told years ago is the cheapest, and service has been great with them......but the current premium went up significantly after a somewhat-large claim last year and one of the owners here is suggesting we look for another group......Country Financial has been suggested......I know there are others..... does anybody here have comments on Country Financial?....I know I could check yelp et al, but wanted some "unbiased" (??!!) opinion from here......other company suggestions?...... I know to compare apples with apples when getting bids, of course.....any other ideas?......thanks a lot

two other forum members and I went to the LA Adonis nude party this last Saturday....was my third LA nude party, which are usually held at a private house in the Hollywood/close-in Valley area on a Saturday toward the end of each month did see Rod Pederson there, but he's not quite my type....billed as the "headliner"..... Matt runs a great operation with what's got to be a major headache setting these things up every month (in addition to running his other shows at other venues).....he is smart, professional, and knows how to be a perfect host and promoter..... this "party" may not be for everybody, but, for $50, the chance to sit back and watch (and talk to) a steady parade of great-looking dudes fully naked is a good value for me..... I guess I didn't post my comments after my first visit to Thermas last November...... dropped in late afternoon one weekday.....would've preferred to wear my casual street clothes inside (more comfortable), but I did get used to the towel...... clean and spacious, but lots of hallways, stairs amid the three (or is it four?!) floors....got lost at times wandering around..... not the bargain Rio is, but not as expensive as the States (actually, nothing like this in the US!)......met working-guy Akmed(sp?), an Egyptian, who spoke great English (lived in the US for a bit, he said) and sorta held my hand during this first visit....he was mentioned before in some discussion somewhere.....we joked about Akmed The Terrorist (ventriloquist Jeff Dunham) and how Americans always pronounce Akmed with too much of a guttural throat!......told him what I like and he arranged to do a full-on show with, I believe, Brazilian Lucas (may have the name wrong) after I checked him (Lucas) out across from the bar while we talked....scorching hot!!......in fact, so hot in the private room we all had to go shower halfway thru the "programa"! one eager dude was a bit pushy and not quite my type, but it's business! friendly bartender.....all very easy and casual......masculine working guys, mostly......just don't get lost in there!
