An extremely popular CT provider got me to wear a tooth/mouth guard when I'm at the gym

deliberately dropping the barbell like some badass is the "noise" that bothers me the most..... I definitely agree with @bigvalboy that motivating music can definitely help.....I forgo the headphones, though, because I want to stay aware of my surroundings...... that heavy breathing/grunting is only occasionally heard in my mainstream gym.....when it does sound like a dude is getting off, a few people around will look and chuckle a bit....

as I also said in another recent post, London provider rates are typically very low, despite the city being notorious as one of the most expensive in the world......I've never met with a provider in London, but research seems to show average rates are around 125-150 pounds/hour.....the tip-top guys, I presume, can get 300 pounds/hour, much like the very top guys in the US can command $400-500/hour as always with this hobby, I *reluctantly* believe in supply and demand....charge what the market will bear.....Econ 101

we probably need to know if you mean the airport (SFO is the airport code) or the city.....I don't think any locals refer to the city as SFO

sometimes you just gotta take care of yourself.....

if one is considering a multi-hour/overnight meet (6-8 hours++), why not think about a daytime meet?......10am to 6pm or so.......presumably the same-ish rate as an overnight, but you'll be awake the whole time!.....if you want the romance of falling asleep in his loving arms and awakening to sweet murmurs in your ear, you can both grab a half-hour nap about 3:30pm!

though I've never met a provider in London, the traditional rates there are very low considering it's one of the most expensive cities in the world.....300 pounds/hr is well above average for London, though a super-duper top guy in high demand might command that, just like a similar person in the US might get $500/hr

ATTENTION!......I'm considering a Saturday, April 13, 2019, daytime visit to Sunnylands, the historic winter home/estate of Walter and Leonore Annenberg and scene of many international diplomatic meetings.....would love to have several of us go together.....there are options, including a small, guided tour of the historic mid-century-modern house (~$50/person)......other options include garden walks and the visitor center (all free, I believe) and a guided tour of the grounds for about $25 ......house tour tickets go on sale March 15 for April visits and probably will go fast for a Saturday.....we do not have to do a house tour, but it isn't open, otherwise.......we'll plan to finish with plenty of time to get ready for the Saturday group dinner if anybody is interested, please send me a PM..... http://sunnylands.org/ .

there are only two primary "group" functions: a very friendly and casual dinner at a downtown place on Saturday about 5pm and a casual pool party Sunday afternoon......otherwise, the attendees hang out at the pool during the day, maybe decide to grab some lunch together somewhere, go hiking, karaoke, bar-hopping after the Saturday dinner, "private meetings".....you may want to zero in on Inndulge or the Canyon Club since many of the attendees stay at those places and you'll have us to hang with......
