re: Chad Connors......yes, he did have a rep for being good at times and for being volatile at others......this was a few years ago and I'm lucky to have caught him on a good day, but he talked with me about his struggles.......I presume @MikeBiDude had 30+ successful meets because they had established trust and rapport by the end of the first or second meet!
