I think you were late to call but not outrageously so; he should have simply said, "My business hours are X to X; please call then." And if he DOES get that upset about variations, he should have them on his business cards/website/etc.

I'm currently about 300. If I ever succeed in getting back down to 220ish, I may well have some sagging skin that I would want to address. I've seen a couple of guys at my gym who lost substantial weight and their skin didn't really adjust, and I would be very self-conscious about it if I looked like that. Also apparently it's a real issue with chafing. Aside from that no. My skin is extremely fair and sensitive and doesn't heal all that well, so I would be one of those people you could tell had work done.

If you have "sugaring" done rather than waxing, over time the hair supposedly becomes thinner and in some cases goes away. I had my crack sugared just once and some of that hair just never came back. But I have very fair thin skin so I may be more prone to the follicles getting ripped out.
